★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there on Tuesday to pickup my mom's medicines and girl name HUMNA went her way to help me out. She made sure I got everything correct after checking the phone number and address. Also, she helped me to find some over the counter meds. She was very polite and helpful with good customer service.
Good job HUMNA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here around 4:10 to get one the free rapid antigen kits. I went to the counter and said I wanted 2 kits (one also for daughter), she said they are busy and just to wait for a few minutes and ‘she’ll wave me over’. I sat for 25 mins before going back to the counter after not being waved over. The lady said oh she took your info already? I said no she didn’t take my Alberta health. She said sorry that I will have to wait again another few mins because they were supposed to do that when I first went up. She said “she’ll do her best” to be quick. She kept my health care card and I waited another 15 mins. She came behind the counter and was like “oh your still waiting? I’ll prepare it myself”. Ok… another 3/4 mins goes by and I see her literally grab the kits from a box that was by the till the whole time. All in all I waited 45 mins to get 2 antigen test kits that were sitting in a box by the till… super annoying. It WAS busy but they were completely disorganized and didn’t give me any direction of what I was supposed to do. I would go to another pharmacy if you can help it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy because it’s close to home and on the odd times I’ve ran in with a solo prescription they gave me a discount. The cost and location were a convenience at the time. That however has changed. Tonight I go in and it took over 45 minutes for them to prepare my prescription. Then when I go to pay they have filled my prescription for 3 months instead of one month, which means I need to pay more tonight. I also have a prescription from my doctor that has been filled at my old pharmacy and covered by my blue cross but she makes me buy the over the counter one which won’t be covered. The line up was 7 people long at this point so I didn’t have her correct this at the time. Saving a few dollars initially, or so I had thought I’d not worth it! I am transferring back to my old pharmacy.
