Looking at me you knew I was tired and even though you guys don’t make compound medicine on weekends but you still did it for me Thank you for your help making medicine for my baby boy?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very unprofessional behaviour received from this location. When I called in for a quick question regarding PCR test result, they put me on hold for 15 minutes. When the female pharmacist attended the phone, by that time I got busy too. I requested that lady to please give me just 30 seconds, but unprofessionally she said no and dropped the line.
Unexpected poor customer service by the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has such a bad service. My daughter had fever and I dropped the prescription for antibiotics. Lady told me it would be 15-20 minutes. So I went back after 1 hour to pick it up but she said she forgot to even enter the prescription in the system let alone filling it. I was at the pharmacy for almost 20 minutes to pick it up. I told her to give my prescription back and left from there. Will never be going back again to this location. I don’t recommend this Martindale pharmacy to anyone.
