★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could give it 0 stars. Zero customer service and EXTREMELY RUDE and OBNOXIOUS people...not sure how they are able to practice. The lady told my mom (70 + year old) she would receive her medication refill that she needed even when she called well in advance of her medications running out. The rude woman at the front yelled at her when she called the third time as her medications did not arrive at the end of the day...in fact she was told nothing had been filled when another person picked up. She had to visit the ED that night. Why do you people even work in this field when you can't even do your job?!! DONT GO HERE!! Better pharmacies exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. They only want you for PROFIT. My aunt went here to check her teeth if she needeed invisalign or braces. She wanted to get braces however the people here wanted my aunt to pick invisalign! They kept bugging her for them. They rushed too much. I DON'T recommend THIS PLACE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! And she never came here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an experience with Martindale pharmacy on last Saturday January 15th, 2022. There was an unfortunate situation that I faced regarding the late report of my COVID-19 test result. I had to cancel my flight.
I wanted to share my overall experience. The owner Mr. Dhillon responded to my situation in a very timely manner with personal telephone calls to me and apologize for the mistake of his employee. He also compensated me for the cancellation charges.
I don't have words to express my feelings of thanks for his understanding, His professional approach and his empathy. He is a great human being, a true leader and a caring business owner for his employees.
I really appreciate his manners, his approach to resolve the issue and he safeguarded and protected his employee and satisfy me for my concerns to have a win win situation.
