★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has Worst customer service. And the cashier supervisor Amy was so rude. She might know how to provide good customer service. I asked her for store manager and there was no store manager in store. If there is no staff and not well trained staff it should be shut down. We go to other shoppers aswell they hav good customer service but this is worst. I recommend not to go to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is often rude and has disrespected my wifey. This is unacceptable to me. I have been married to her for almost three years now and I know what kind of customer she is. She is so sweet and not even mean. She's the most beautiful woman in the world and I love her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to the pharmacy to get the rapid test done today and the people working there did not even acknowledge that there were 5-6 people in line waiting. They didn’t even look up. I waited 40 minutes before they even took the covid test (I was first in line) and then another 30 minutes to wait for results when it should only be 15 mins. Biggest waste of time, worst staff who don’t even know what customer service is.

Horrible customer service by Amy, customer service supervisor. she has zero knowledge of customer service and not even able to put any efforts to help customer. I realize why this location rated such low review score. These guys do not think about customers and not sure what they think of by providing such a low level of service. I would give negative star in reviews but not available so had to give one star. I would recommend never go to this location ever as they are not friendly & supportive to customers. they only think about themselves. Never seen such a disappointing service in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The blonde working at the beauty boutique needs to reevaluate her attitude. After I asked her if I could see the expensive gift sets, she told me the cheaper ones are by the door and I should look at those instead. She didn’t assist me in looking at the perfumes I preferred or even offered the scent card so I could try them. after I tried to walk around to look at some other options that weren’t at the “cheap” section, she sent security after me to “keep an eye”
She’s obviously not trained to be working a customer service job. Maybe try working from home where people don’t have to see you roll your eyes every 2 minutes for no reason. Disgusting attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shoppers has the worst employees. Cashiers dont have an understanding of customer service. I would have given 0 stars to them. The cashier Amy is very rude, dont know if she wasn’t trained for her role or what. She doesn’t know their own company’s policies and misguiding customers with vague explanations about their policies. I asked for a manager and she said there is no manager in the store. Please train your employees on customer service skills. I would never go to this shoppers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The personnel at this store are the worst. Cashiers are clueless when it comes to customer service. I would have given them a 0 out of 5 star rating. The cashier working at 9:40 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9 is extremely rude; I'm not sure if she wasn't trained for her job or what. I told her i am unaware about self checkout ,so can you please help me do checkout , and she rudely responded NO , i can’t and kept staring at me as if i said something mean to her, she doesn't understand their own company's policies and misleads clients with ambiguous explanations. When I requested for a management, she stated that there was none in the store. Please provide customer service training to your personnel. I would never go back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst for passport photos. The guy clicking picture was in a rush. Waste of $22. Go to a studio instead. A local photo studio is much cheaper and professional.
At least they are patient and have customer service.
Never ever will I visit this store again.
There is a reason that this store has an average of 2 star reviews from 272 total reviews.
And please Corporate team at Shoppers or whatever team they are from, please do something about this store instead of pasting generic reply to all google reviews.
