S	Sonya Nair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every doctor I’ve seen is 5 star, especially Dr. Bains and Dr. Sunder. I feel very well cared for when I come in. I do agree with other reviews that the receptionists are not the best and the wait can be long. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives.

I don't know about doctors but they should hire a polite and staff who is working happily. They are not even giving a fake smile to the customers and talking in a very rude way.

They are not professional at all, they do not know what job ethics and customer service stands for. I wish I could give 0 star. I called early morning at 9 asked for walk-in they said come between 2-5. I again called by 4pm before I leave my house, just to make sure if there is slot for walk-in. I was told only two people waiting ahead of me. I reached there in 5 minutes. After arrival, I was told Dr. Ahmed (whom I was supposed to consult) is done for the day. Wwwwttttfffffff is this …… Then she told me dr.bains can see me with 7 patients ahead. I waited 2 hours, in 2 hours I saw two different customers waiting in the rooms for the doctor to come at least 1 hour. They were asking reception what’s the point of appointment if I had to wait. The unprofessional so called receptionist replied that my job is to send you in room on time. I don’t care if you wait an hour or more. Ask when doctor come. Gurwinder and Amar please work on your customer services skills Seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could complaint somewhere to the Heath department for wasting peoples time and disrespectful behaviour. These receptionists DO NOT DESERVE THIS JOB

First of all the front dest workers are really arrogant and don,t know how to speak with patient , they if u call them to book an appointment or for othe inquiries they seems rude to patient and when you will ask them why you are behaving like that , then they said don’t not spoil our morning , seriously ?. No doubt doctors are really nice with great experience in their profession. But needs to take care of front dest of this clinic.

No point in making an appointment, you’re gonna have to wait 2 hours anyways. I’m sure the doctors are very nice, but they need to hire better staff. I don’t recommend any new patients going here.
A	A D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic. Keep away. Had a pre-booked scheduled appointment at 5:30pm on Jan 3rd, 2022. Was at the reception at 5:20pm. Was sent to the room #1 at 5:45pm. Waited for 45 mins (6:30pm). The doctor was busy with other important tasks rather than seeing the patients. Overheard about a patient being sent to room #3 twice. Had to leave without seeing the doctor even after making a scheduled appointment and waiting for over 1 hour. Will suggest go to other clinics where they respect your time.

As well as he always gives the best advice. Whenever we are worried about any health related issue he always listen us patiently and gave us best treatment. His work is really appreciable as well as he is a good human being. Sometimes we the wait time is bit longer but it’s completely worth when you are receiving this much good treatment.

Front staff told me that it’s really busy at the moment and waiting time could be more than an hour but I think that’s what we have to do, to show some patience, if we are looking to get an excellent treatment. I can honestly say I feel really well cared there. The Doctor was very polite and cleared my all the doubts. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. So, I want to thank everyone at the clinic for giving the great services, even in these very difficult times with the pandemic. Kind regards and best wishes to you all.
