Genesis Medical Clinic - Calgary

Dr. Badesha my family Doctor he is really nice and caring person only one thing that will going to ruin the reputation this clinic her medical Assistant was working yesterday January 23 around 430 PM shift. We want there as my 3 years old daughter was sick and right after that I've reach there i told the medical assistant that we will be doing walk in. And she said sorry I cannot avvomudate you we only accept appointment. Really do i know that my daughter will get sick in advance so that i can make an appointment? And considering that there are only 2 person waiting 1 adult and 1 children. It was disappointing consider that this clinic is our family doctor.

Dr. Badhesha has been my family doctor for the last 6 years. He is an awesome physician who deals with his patients professionally and with empathy and care. Unlike most physicians, Dr. Badhesha listens to all your problems patiently and tries to address them professionally. He is a very learned person and the best thing about him is that he is never rushed! After my appointment I always feel that I have been heard and been dealt professionally. I agree with the comments about the staff that they can be iffy sometimes but the care I and my family get is great and therefore we really don't mind about the front staff! At the end of the day, what matters to me and my family is the care that we get from the physician. If you are new to the city or looking for a genuinely caring doctor and want to be HEARD go to Dr.Badhesha

Front desk representatives are very unprofessional. They ask you to bring cash because they don’t have pay machine. There’s definitely something wrong. I booked appointment at 2:30 pm. They wasted my one hour and call me around 3:30. Worst service.???

Very bad front desk service. A punabi girl who is working today ( Aug 29,2020 at 3.00pm) called me to pick up my blood test request form is always rude and she has *ZERO* customer service knowledge. I went there and she threw that paper at me. I am seeing Dr. Badesha due to my complicated pregnancy. Doctor's are really nice there but they are loosing patients just because of that one girl. She acts like she is the manager of that clinic and the way she talks is really disgusting. Doctors should see these bad reviews they are getting from patients. Patients go there to see doctors with their problems and that girl's behavior makes them more sick. She doesn't know how to welcome a patient. I am moving my file just because of that one girl. I want to get better but every time I go there she made me feel more sick. Even last week she booked me for 11.00 am and I went there to see if there is any other patients waiting or not. There was only one Dr. working and 2 front staff (they have only 2 front staff). There were no patient's waiting. She asked me to call from the parking lot and I called after checking, she is the one who answered (i know her voice well), she said there were 7 patients waiting and asked me to wait 20 mins. After half an hour later I called and asked how long to wait, she asked me to come and I was waiting there for 30 mins, then she asked me to go to the room #1. I was waiting another 45 mins there. She did it on purpose because the same day in the morning she was rude to me and she hanged up on me. I request the management not to overlook this situation that the patient's are facing just because of that girl (other girl is really nice). Today I asked her name today but she refused to tell me.

Dr. Badesha( our family doctor) is a very good doctor, even when we moved to NW 5 years ago, we didn't change our family doctor. But ,the front desk staff has no manners. No respect.

Went to today with a bleeding as walking in. The receptionist was amazing and emphasized the situation and connected with Dr. Habeeba who is very kind and compassionate gave me immediate medical attention. Kudos to Genesis medical management and entire team. Highly recommended. Thank You

He is kind and very informative. He explained what's wrong or what you need to do or take. He explain the medication that he prescribed.,whether internal or external. My son and I like him a lot. He is a very good doctor. I will recommend him anytime.

Called this morning to see a doctor and informed the receptionist I may have a possible sinus infection and that I am fully vaccinated and have the booster. I also told her I had a negative covid test within the last 24 hours. She told me we can’t see you. I asked why she said I should obviously have a primary care doctor that I could go to and they have a history with me and I should go there. I asked if they take new patients and she said they do but they couldn’t see me if I have symptoms. I explained my son was sick and my husband had a bacterial sinus infection and all I wanted was to make sure antibiotics were not required for myself, she proceeded to yell at me and tell me they weren’t going to see me. When I asked for her name because regardless how she feels, her phone manner was inappropriate she hung up on me. If the receptionists that represent the clinic act like this I can only imagine the services and care that would be given. Horrible Genesis Medical. Do bettter.
