Dr. Toussi has been a blessing, i feel comfortable with him, and he genuinely cares. I drive from the opposite side of the city to go here. Ive tried soooo many clinics and hands down they are my favourite.

R	Reyhan Habib on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at the Westwinds Medical Clinic. The clinic is clean, sophisticated and really well managed. To be honest, way above the average standard of clinic. Dr. Basati was incredibly professional; he made me feel like a member of the family. In such trying times, it is incredibly important to make sure patients feel valued, respected and cared for. After all, that is the role of the physician in a healthcare facility. His son is commendable, and made the wise decision of indicating the existence of his father's clinic. Always nice to visit a family business. In terms of proximity, current and future patients should note that the clinic is located in Northeast Calgary. More specifically, near a variety of Indian supermarkets, a Calgary Police precinct, and shops. Personally, I found the location to be convenient, as I was able to pick up some groceries following my appointment. In summary, I highly advise just about anyone to visit Dr. Basati and the Westwinds Medical Clinc, being that it is one of the best clinics in the City of Calgary. Frankly, I look forward to my next visit.
S	Samantha Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Dr I have ever had. I am military vet. Lots of pre-existing medical conditions prior to COVID and history of mental health issues. But I am not at all at the point that I need hospitalization and the brand new doctor I have who has seen me only twice in person tried to have me hospitalized and my kids taken away from me. Everyone she wanted to call had been called and they came looked and left. A few actually laughed that she had the audacity to do that and make that call, when she had only asked for a list of my symptoms and I told her my symptoms and she said I need hospitalization. Is she on Crack??? Anyways, getting a lawyer and have keeping records of my health and my history my whole life. This is the worst place you could go for help with your physical or mental health. BTW single mom 2 kids on disability, no supports and we are new to this city and she was gonna try put me in the hospital away from my kids. Anyone else have issues with this clinic? I wanna speak to you.

When he called me he sounds irritated and impatient as I was going on to find my medicines. I told him I am going to Costco pharmacy so I will pick up the refills in the reception. But he said I faxed it to your pharmacy Westwinds Pharmacy , I said no, you did not let men finish what I am saying. Then he told me in a rude voice. You are the one who is confusing and does not know what you want. What a rude , unprofessional doctor. If he does not want to get other patients from other doctors. then he should not. He is a negative person. and should just stay home. Being a doctor should be showing consideration, patience and care. GoSH!!

I was referred to the access clinic after hours for some issues I was going through. I was seeing by Dr. Toussi. This doctor did more than what my old family doctor has done in 10 years!!! Dr Toussi listened to all my concerns and realized how big my neck was and asked me if my doctor had referred me for Sleep Apnea. I was never referred to anything other than being prescribed pills. I ended up asking my doctor to send a sleep apnea referral and next thing you know. I was diagnosed for it. Dr Toussi has been my doctor since. His staff is great! Girls are super understanding and very professional! He is an amazing doctor, so thorough and knowledgeable! I am beyond happy and would recommend him to anyone! Sadly he is no longer taking any patients but I just needed to express how happy I am to have been referred to the access clinic! Keep doing what your doing!
