Best Medical clinic in Canada

l	logamoor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not once, but twice now that I've "booked" an appointment with this office and had to wait for an hour and a half to be seen. This is only recently, in the last few months. I waited over two weeks for my appointment in order to avoid waiting amongst sick people who walked in. It seemed like all the walk ins were served first. Extremely unimpressed and I will be switching doctors office's permanently. This isn't a review about Dr. Dubey herself, the woman is knowledgable and pleasant. I do not recommend this office though.

I’ve seen her a few times as a walk-in and the wait times were slightly less than and over an hour. Dr. Dubey is very knowledgeable, does not rush through her appointments and is incredibly thorough. These are assets a lot of physicians do not have and it’s probably why the wait times are not “the best”. However, in my honest opinion, I’d rather wait longer to see a physician that listens and genuinely cares than see another with “amazing” wait times that does not listen or isn’t knowledgeable.

Her behavior is so admirable and cooperative that we can discuss all medical problems with confidence. She listens to the patients, diagnoses precisely and suggests solutions in detail, which is the reason of long awaiting time. Staff of Clinic is very much cooperative and follows-up regularly and take care of clients. She is our family Physician more than a decade. Thanks to a very professional MD in town.

She verbally abused my mother and told her to find another doctor if she is not willing to get medication from her prescribed pharmacy.

She is a very attentive physician who goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right diagnosis and treatment. I have countless examples of how she has made a positive impact for my family. She has kept us healthy, provided full & comprehensive care, made sure we were connected with the right specialists if needed, advocated for us.. and the list goes on! If you want a doctor who truly cares, I highly recommend Dr. Dubey! She has a busy practice because once someone sees her they want to only see her going forward!
