G	Gagan Gill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i went 3 times in this clinic and i had same experience all the times as front desk staff have no knowledge about medical terms and policies of clinic. i went there with my 2 year old son i already explained to staff on phone about my son has tonsillitis but she said you can come walk in.after waiting for an hour she said i did not listen properly on phone and doctor cant see patient who have throat problem. i will not recommend to anyone to visit this clinic they just waste clients time.

They have all been extremely helpful and patient with myself and my family. Dr. Namrata Toor is our family doctor and she is incredibly intelligent, patient and kind. We have also seen Dr. Gurdev Toor who is just as great. Of course sometimes they can be busy, but they are a family clinic and there can be a million reasons why they are backed up. We are very satisfied and will continue to be patient's of this clinic

When my doctor is not there these doctors cover for each other snd carefully read our charts to make sure everyone gets the care they need. Dr Mazhar is the best doctor i have ever had. Be patient when your a patient but u dont usually need to wait long. Plus they have good wifi so it is easy to wait
M	Mohamad Omar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time in this clinic and still havent got past the front door, Very UNPROFESSIONAL walk-in clinic that stops seeing patients 1 hr before close even if wait room is empty, does not allow patients in with any symptoms of covid which happen to be the EXACT SAME as flu symptoms. Like why on earth are you guys even open, if i cant go there when im sick and in need of prescription then when can i go. My son needs anti biotics which are only given under prescription but due to this unprofessional clinic he cant get any and i have to look for another clinic that will help. Staff is rude and inconsiderate. Too bad you can only give one star, or else i would have given zero stars.??
V	Vick Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must read before booking an appointment here. We went to Dr Sandeep Mangat during my wife's pregnancy. She will discriminate right on your face. My Punjabi clients are this and my white clients are that. Who cares about that, what your clients type are?. Take care of the client sitting in front of you. As far as I know doctor's job is to identify the issue with the patient and come up with a solution. One patient can be different than other based on various things, where did this Punjabi and white came from doctor?. I am surprised you still have license to practice your profession. Moreover, my wife was wearing mask and I wasn't. No one at the front desk asked me to wear it as mandates are over. But when we went to Doctors office, she asked me to wear it. I didn't have any and I asked her if she has any mask. She RUDELY responded, I don't know and if you don't have mask, you can go outside. Are you freaking crazy Dr?. Now let me tell you Punjabi and white thing. During my wife's pregnancy we go to places where we noticed, clinics offer masks right at the front desk, just not at your clinic. Now thats the difference between a Professional Clinic and Unprofessional Money Grab Clinic. Your this behaviour would be reported to Alberta Health.
M	Moh Syed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went around 6:20pm today with cut finger for immediate first aid. The receptionist was rude and told Dr is not taking walk in . Why Apex management and medical team open this clinic when you can't provide medical care for a bleeding finger. Worst experience with receptionist and clinic. This shows how the management take care of their patients in this clinic. Would never suggest this clinic to anyone. Hope management take notice of this incident and do a proper professional training to their staff and medical team. So, that they won't tell anyone when there is a medical attention is needed to walk in. I called Genesis clinic and they were closing at 7pm but emphasized the situation asked to come right away for medical attention.

My mom is handicapped and can barely walk two steps and they did not let me in. I understand there are some rules but the behaviour is unacceptable. I came here to get my moms medical history and made an appointment for 2 pm . They made us wait like idiots for a good 30-40 mins , than the doctor did not give my mom her medical history because she visited one different doctor in a emergency situation and he claims that he is now not her family doctor . He has made very nasty remarks to my mom multiple times for being handicapped and overweight . Do not come to this clinic even if you are dying you will be better off anywhere else.

We tried getting hold of the doctor by requesting a call but we waited all day and no call was received. The front desk staff is utterly irresponsible and has absolutely no compassion what so ever. Every time I called noting the urgency, the response was ‘oh the doctor will call you before 6 pm’ and right now it is 5:25 pm and no call still. I am trying to reach the clinic again but no one is picking up the phone. What do you do as a patient when it is not a critical emergency to reach out to medical care by 911 but there is enough urgency to speak to the family physician who is aware of your medical conditions ! 811 is an option but again long queue! This particular clinic needs some drastic changes in the way they manage. I am extremely disappointed which led me to write this review. My mom is happy with the physician herself but just trying to get hold of her seemed impossible today when it was really needed. And I just found out that the calls to go to a call centre. Earlier I said the front desk staff as I thought patient calls go directly to front desk but that is not the case. The call centre ladies answering the calls need to do a better job at conveying patient concerns to the clinic in a timely and effective manner - better communication!
