Opioid de addiction and Methadone/Suboxone prescription. Dr. Charu Gupta is very friendly and caring for the patient and their families. Dr. Charu Gupta did her Medical graduate from Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi, India. Then she did post graduate training from Kiev Institute for advanced medical education and research and at BARA hospital under WITS university Johannesburg, South Africa. Dr. Charu Gupta knows English, Hindi, Punjabi and Russian languages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a good experience at the clinic. Went to see Dr. Gupta regarding immunization requirements for my school and she helped me finish everything appropriately from certificates to requisitions. Staff at reception was also very nice and welcoming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible, terrible service. As a pregnant patient they should be extra vigilant with but a complete lack of communication. The receptionists are simply not aware of what to do and how to be efficient. Booking an appointment can take weeks because they refuse to pick up the call and also fail to call back. The dr also lacks the attention and interest that a dr must show. And also fails to followup with her patient. I regret going there and transferred myself immediately to a much better clinic. Do not waste your time and energy there are much better doctors and health staff out there. -1/5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there after coming back to Calgary from out of province. Now my whole family goes there for all of our services. Dr. Gupta is kind efficient and when referrals need to be done she’s on the ball. When joining this clinic my daughter had a lot referrals needed she got us in quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible doctor doesn't even listen to your concern just does whatever she wants. I went in earlier today for my acne and I told Dr. Gupta specifically the medications I have tried and how they didn't work for me. But she still prescribed me the same medications again. She wasn't even willing to listen just was in a hurry to get out. Don't waste your time going to this clinic. The waiting time was long and the doctor didn't even bother listening to my concern. What a waste of time.

Dr. Gupta didn't really care about us, mind you the patient is a newborn, my daughter, she barely touch her and didn't value our time, as if she's only interested with our Alberta Health Card so they can earn more. No recommendation and not coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into this doctor's office and told her my symptoms how I can't sleep and I have a severe sinus infection which makes my eyes water and nose runs! So she looked in my mouth and checked my breathing and told me there's nothing she can do for me except some 40 dollar over the counter saline spray? She told me there's nothing they can do for a virus infection. A freind of mine had the same thing happen to her and the other Dr she had seen told her she was lucky she came in cause it could lead to sepsis! I guess I'll just go back home and hope not to die cause there's nothing the dr could do for me! RIDICULOUS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ She is worst to be honest went their 2 times i was in so bad condition but she couldnt anything untill report comes and i was dying for 2 days cant walk after i came after 2 days she says reports are fine as just drink water ??♀️??♀️ and told me too goo i asked for medication then she told me to takes antibiotics for pain if i want thats it . after insisting she precribed me . Totally stupid if i go back their she is not nice doesnt communicate and no attention to help patient
