J	John Lemphers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They’ve lost a long time customer. We’ve been ordering from them for years, food used to be great. My wife and I had ordered two combo plates both with chow mein. My noodles were not cooked at all and piled over with a lot of bean sprouts. My wife’s were fine as usual but still a lot of sprouts. Called them and they argued that my noodles were deep fried and that’s why they’re crunchy? Never been that way before. Refused to apologize or correct my meal. Gave them the opportunity to call me back after talking to the managers but still no admittance of their errors or resolution.

We were shocked how she spoke to us just for asking if they had veggie options. Anyways ended up ordering somewhere else and glad we did because the place we ordered from Bamboo house had really good food and service. I can see why their reviews are bad now too
S	Skippywilcox - on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second order from here, same issue each time. Rice tastes plain, salt and pepper chicken tastes plain As well. First time I thought maybe they just forgot or had a new cook. I strongly advise not to order from here.
A	Anita Vong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Chinese food places to go to around this neighborhood. Food is delicious, serve is fast, and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. We haven't had a bad experience yet since moving into the area this year and ordering from here. (We prefer this restaurant over Ginger Beer that is located around the corner!)

The beef and broccoli had maybe 5 pieces of beef in it and was only enough in container for 2 people, chicken and beef chowmeins were 3/4 been sprouts with barely any meat or noodles, salt and pepper pork was hard as a rock and barely chewable. Was very disappointing for my birthday dinner!
