Falcon Medical Clinic & Pharmacy - Calgary

The ABSOLUTE BEST pharmacy in town. Don’t waste your time or your money at shoppers or anywhere else. If you leave the clinic in falconridge go directly across the street to falcon pharmacy. Your wallet and your patience will thank you, no 45 minute wait times. NOT EVEN A 10 minute wait time!! And the prices for your medication will speak for themselves. I’m a monthly regular here and it is the only pharmacy I will go to in this city. Even prices on Advil type meds are cheaper!! Listen now thank me later and don’t go anywhere else.

I would give 0 start if I can. The pharmacist at this location refuse to help my wife who fainted at this location. He wanted to close the location instead of helping us. He did not call 911 and ask us to go out of the store (my wife was fainted at the time). He gave me a wrong advice that don't call the 911 just drive her to the emergency (she could have died if I have acted on his advice). Its more painful to know that he is trained medical professional and he took an oath to help their patient but instead he choose to not to help us and did all the things to avoid helping us. Absolutely horrendous.My wife could have died just because he wanted to close the location. I have to take my wife to my car and call 911 and I saw him driving away. How can he just drive away? The location like this should be closed who just wants to make money. He is extremely rude. Upon calling pharmacy he made laughable excuses and he also tries to intimidate my close family member. When she became unconscious in the pharmacy and me was trying to wake her up and I wanted to call 911 but PHARMACIST SAID I AM GETTING LATE AND IT’S TIME TO CLOSE THE PHARMACY AND ADVISED ME TO TAKE HER OUTSIDE SO HE CAN CLOSE ON TIME ALSO ADVISE ME NOT TO CALL 911 AND TOLD ME TO DRIVE HER TO AN EMERGENCY. 1-stayed after hours and filled your prescription in no time and he had the right to refuse doing that after his working hours ( YES AGREE. YOU HAVE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PRESCRIPTION BUT IF HE CHOSE TO FILL THEN HIS RESPONSIBILITY IS TO STAY WITH THE PT UNTIL THEY NEED CARE AS PER YOUR CODE OF ETHICS ) 2- Brought your wife water and didn't let you go before she was conscious and walking ( YES BROUGHT WATER BUT PRESSURIZED US TO LEAVE PHARMACY SO HE COULD CLOSE ON TIME. MY WIFE WAS BARELY CONSCIOUS AND I HAD TO ALMOST DRAG HER OUT OF PHARMACY AS WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY IN. UNFORTUNATELY, SURVEILLANCE CAMERA SHOWS THE ONLY MOVEMENT, NOT CONVERSATIONS) 3-waived some pharmacy fees to help you out...(WE HAVE FULL INSURANCE COVERAGE I AM PRETTY SURE THAT COVERED MOST OF THE MEDICATION COST AND FEES AND I BELIEVE TO SURVIVE AS SMALL PHARMACY IN FRONT OF BIG BANNER YOU HAVE ALL THIS LUCRATIVE OFFER TO WAIVE SOME FEES FOR ALL PATIENT AND I WAS NOT THE EXCEPTION FOR YOU.) 4-referred your wife to the emergency and when mentioned 911 he said"even better"(OUTRIGHT LIE. That family member DID NOT CALL TO HARASS HIM BUT CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE REASON BEHIND SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF YOUR PHARMACIST. YOUR PHARMACIST RESPONDED THAT “ I DON’T GET PAID PASS MY JOB TIMES “ALSO ANOTHER INAPPROPRIATE COMMENT WAS “PATIENT BROKE GLASS IN MY PHARMACY AND WHO IS GOING TO CLEAN THAT MESS? “ IF YOUR PHARMACIST CAN MAKE SUCH COMMENTS ABOUT A BARELY CONSCIOUS PATIENT OF HIS THEN IT CLEARLY SHOWS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE IN YOUR PHARMACY. ) YES, YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE BECAUSE YOU AND YOUR PHARMACIST DID NOT MEET BASIC EXPECTATIONS ALL I WANTED WAS JUST PHARMACIST TO SAY I AM GOING TO CALL 911. Absolutely love the service at this pharmacy and the super quick service. With amazing prices. The owner is super nice and my long time pharmacist, he is super helpful and caring. Best pharmacy in calgary!

Outstanding service, got my vaccine last week and it went flawlessly. They even accept walk in for both types of vaccines.

A few days ago i went in to get my vaccine not realizing that they were already closed. The people working there offered to stay and they were willing to give me the vaccine even though they were about to leave.

The pharmacists here are so pleasant, helpful and friendly to deal with. Clean and comfortable atmosphere!!

Perscription wait times are minimal, the staff is very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions you may have. Pharmcy Manager Basant adminsmistered some vaccines to me recently and it was a really positive experience, I will be going back in the future for all my pharmacy needs.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff especially Basant. My first visit to this pharmacy was only 3 weeks back but the way staff treat me is like they know me from years. It’s worth going to this pharmacy.
