You are there in front of him or not it doesn't matter, because he doesn't see you, seems somehow you are invisible to him. Forget about good customer service he doesn't even responds to you.

He was busy on his phone with earpods plugged in.I asked a question,he looked at me and didn't say a word.I spend alot of $$$ here for poor customer service. I wish i had gone to Olympia at Marlborough. Please donot go to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are great and staff is wonderful. Edit since recent times place has gone downhill. staff is still great but I can get colder beer at a superstore where they don't have a cooler. I asked about the temp of the fridge and alls I get is yeah I know. I will go around the corner thanks.
