★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went to this location and tried to order spicy chicken and the manager on duty was extremely rude. She said she’s not doing and that we should order somewhere else. It’s not the first encounter with this manager. She’s always rude and disrespectful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place to go for food poisoning, their response was did you go to a doctor, lots of them available Christmas day right and the ones that are have patients to deal with so came down to hugging toilet for xmas. Thanx KFC falsbridge. Surprises me they are still open, an embarrassment to the KFC chain the colonel would be rolling in his grave if he seen this place dirty and manager that doesn't have a clue would starve before I would order anything from this location but don't have to worry about that after 61 years of enjoying KFC will not go to any location no such thing as quality control or customer service at this place better to avoid it if you want what the colonel aimed for "finger licking good" than choose another location unless you enjoy worshiping the "porcelain god" for a couple days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service, I’f u use a coupon they give u all dark small pieces , I asked them today to make sure they put white meat in the 15piece bucked , I got 1 piece of white meat . Service is very slow , communication with each is like a circus, they have no idea what there doing , if u want even worse service go to the 32ave ne location, they need their own reality show ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst location just go there coz it's close to my place. Lady on duty name is Kiran__ she was very rude and rather she double checked my order (which they gave me wrong ) she started arguing and suggested me to do complain if I want.
Like seriously... if I could I would give 00 star coz of her behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an AWFUL experience! While the serving girl was very friendly the chicken looked and tasted like wild duck. It also was very sour. It tasted like it had freezer burn then cooked just for me. I demanded fresh chicken. When you spend 40 dollars you expect decent food. I waited 10 minutes for fresh chicken then they did not give me fries back and had the nerve to laugh about it. Ignorant. Do not eat here. It is disgusting. I'm tempted to take this "fresh" chicken to a lab and have it tested. I'm totally disgusted.
