★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very good but food isn’t. Samosas were double fried and haven’t had any taste at all. Also, on the top they charged extra for green chutney and it wasn’t worth it either.

Only downside is that Google doesn't recognize the address so we almost left without getting them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the samosa factory! Literally the best samosas available! I have tried every type of samosa here, and they are all incredible. My favorite is the butter chicken samosa, so dang good! The prices are very reasonable, you can get alot of food for not alot of price. I have never been disappointed, and I will be a forever customer.

I find it hit or miss... sometimes they are really good and other times they taste old.
I would recommend that you get the big / medium sizes cause it seems like those ones are fresher.
Butter chicken flavour was terrible.

For sure they need more staffs. To receive phone , to take payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best samosas/authentic that I've found in Calgary so far. Good crisp outside and thin enough - although with oil that isn't changed too frequently perhaps (deeper browning on outer layer opposed to a lighter colour) but it's still fine. The filling is delicious and each samosa is filled fully. Tried the vegetarian one only as it's always the best default. Pricing varies based on size (large, medium, mini). We got 16 large samosas for $14 and they come out piping hot. It also comes with two small containers of chutney (not spicy but more of a spice/sweet/sour. style). They are not spicy at all (coming from a moderate to light spice taste palate)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Samosa Factory is an absolute gem in the North East. The people behind the counter are always friendly and the samosas and chick pea soup are always fantastic. I always call ahead of time and the employees are always happy to help despite the busyness. The prices are also pretty good considering the size of the samosas. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Also the Samosa is fully loaded with vegetables.
I ordered through online website and found my order ready and fresh on time.
Prices are reasonable. Staff are welcoming.
