★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered food off Doordash, and restaurant confirmed order. Then after 40 mins they cancelled the order. When I called the restaurant they said they are not open. Very unprofessional to not keep accurate open and closed times on Google and Doordash. Poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good size shop - Good variety of sweets where cost is calculated by weight after selecting your box (which are of beautiful quality and colours). They place in the box a way that is very presentable. Service is quick and straight to the point when it comes to sweets. Have not tried meals here. Favourite go to sweet is the Gulab jamun with khoya. The sweets are not overly sweet and a good balance compared to others I've tried. There are 3 large fridge display cases filled of variety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the new Bikaner Sweets location in Jackson Port off of Country hills. I usually do not write reviews but this was an extreme case. Had some guests coming over this past weekend decided to give this new location a try for takeout. We ordered the samosas, veggy pakora and fish pakora. 3 members of our family found hair in their food. Very disgusting.
We shrugged the first incidence off as a possible one off but the second and third incident happened and that’s when it became alarming. Went back to the store and questioned the staff and was told that it’s “impossible” to have hair in the samosas. Lady working the counter became very argumentative and even advised us to go write a compliant to any City of Calgary health facility we want. Will never step a foot inside this place again.
