It’s amazing customised sofa , they delivered it to Edmonton for free to us plus everyone was super nice and helped us always whenever we call them to inquire . Though we dint got the full furniture Cas our consignment got late so they ended up sending us spare dinning to use for our house warming party . We really appreciate and would recommend everyone to buy your furniture for them .. hopefully our other furniture comes on time as well .??best people with excellent services .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister ordered sofa from here, paid full in advance but never got the delivery . One of the worst stores I would say when it comes to customer service.They would definitely attract you with their kind and nice behaviour on your first visit but once you are stuck with them,they won’t value you and your time.THEY NEVER KEEP THEIR WORD. She waited for her piece of furniture for above a month ,was so frustrated with lingering on to a new date of delivery every time she called them.Finally she had to cancel her purchase with them.A ZERO STAR actually if there would be any option.WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND. They don't received the calls earlier and then called my sister to delete the review she had stated here regarding her experience with them. Don't fall prey to such busnisess. These guys need to be honest for their words and commitments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a bedroom suite from them and they did the worst installation of the products. The drawers on the bed are damaged and don’t close properly. The corners are ruined. Plus one of the night table has rust on it. I guess they tried to give it a more of a “rustic” look with actual rust ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Ordered a sofa last summer and the finishing was super bad. Once you get your stuff and if you’re not satisfied with the quality, you can’t even complain because they never answer the phone. We live out of Calgary and we went there just to tell them the issues we had with the sofa. They said they will pick it up when they deliver something to our town next time and then will fix it and bring it back. It’s been over 4 months now, we are still waiting. And you can never get a hold of them via telephone. Never buying anything from there again. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone.

The furniture they construct is excellent quality as they work to your specifications and offer great advice and sample selections. I have suggested to them they should work on letting the customer know exactly when they will receive the product as sometimes they cannot deliver on the due date but usually a few days after. However, recently our church needed a large custom altar cushion. The team here offered to do it for us using the best material for the purpose and at no cost. Raj visited the church, did his measurements and they delivered on time and with excellence. Thank you very much for this.
