★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually order from there other location in country hills but Today I ordered it from west winds location and they don’t know about the value of time . I ordered my pizza around 9 and they said pick up on 9:50 , I totally understand that it’s busy time but when I went there they said you have to wait for more 15-20 mins . I remember last time when I ordered from here , pizza was not well cooked and they said that there oven is not working and today they said that they have no control to oven . Owner should change the oven first ? . I totally suggest there second location where the customer service and the quality is better .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please check you’re order before you leave. You might not have kids at home. You might not be married but yes you will love the Chesseeee pizzaaaa… which you didn’t even order. At -23 they will tell you they didn’t do the mistake while placing the order but yes you did. Soooo wellll eat the chesseeeeeee pizzaa with extra money you paid for the green chilli in cash which this store will not even report in there taxes. Well first time I came to know people eat green chilli in cheese pizza they got 16 families eating cheese pizza with green chilliiiiiiii.
O my lord save these kids.
And yessss this store never did a mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the overwhelming popularity of this location as international students are infesting at this place, they forgot their standards and position. I ordered via phone and being put on hold for hours. And Voila! I received an incomplete order and pizza was not hot it happens a lots of time if you call and complain about this they argued with customer plz don’t waste your money and time. Poor customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular costumer of this place. I used to love the pizza and the staff. However, after some time, this changed. Last time my pizza was burned, I called back but they refused to acknowledge their problem. This time I was given ranch in plastic containers and the ranch had an very bad smell and also tasted bad. I called the store once again, yet, they refused to acknowledge their problem and said the sauce has not gone bad. I told them again that the sauce is bad and not to serve the sauce as customers may get sick, but after saying this, the owner, who was a lady, said the sauce was not bad and hung up the phone. Very disappointed in the customer service because this is not the way to run a business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this place 3 Stars because the quality of pizza is not same at every order. Pizza quality will depends on the person who is making your pizza. Sometimes you will get best and well cooked pizza and sometimes I have found there is no pizza sauce on base!!
I request owner to maintain quality and recipe. So customer can get same test on every order. Thanks. Other than that one of the best Desi Style pizza in Calgary NE.
