When our heating element went a week after warranty was up, he made it his mission to get us a technician same day to come and fix it and at no cost! He really goes out of his way for his customers, treats them all like family! Anything you need to know about hot tubs just call Jake, he’s your guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience with Jake and Naomi from Hot Tub Ninjas. I was trying to get some service from the big guys and was just getting the runaround. Jake came over, checked things out the day after I called, said it was my pump, I said it was the board. He came back the next day and replaced the board, it was the pump. I replaced that pump once already so I know what it cost's and Jake sold me a larger, better quality pump for half of what I paid to replace the factory pump from the original dealer. He took the board back, replaced the pump, never charged me for my stupidity, just the work on the pump. I greatly appreciated the awesome customer service, quick turn around and reasonable pricing. If your having any Hot Tub issues you can't go wrong with the Hot Tub Ninjas.
