C	Caelan Grant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nails done the first time since Covid hit. Cuticles were not done and my nail tech seemed like she was rushing through the whole time. Also paid way too much even though the work to do it (ombré) was significantly shorter than the usual nails I would get. I had another lady beside me getting her nails done which were longer, harder to shape, different colors and designs… mine took half the time to do compared to hers and we were charged the same amount. I think I will look somewhere else now.
S	Shiuli Bawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful salon and clean location. Take advantage of their special offers! Edited: Was overcharged for a poorly done shellac mani. My nails chipped in a week! I demand a refund. Pedicures are alright here but they need to step up their nail game.

Edit: Some of the work on my sister's pedicure was aggressive and communication/ checking with the client would have been helpful. They squeezed in our appointment and it was rushed and greatly appreciated that they accommodated us!
J	Janer Haro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I booked a manicure for my four year old daughter and I, when on the phone I specifically asked about the service that she would receive as this was her first time (and were very excited for). To our luck the nail technician was the MOST kid UNFRIENDLY person, starting off with the fact that she stayed standing while she did my daughter’s nails, showing less importance to the service she was receiving than anybody else in the salon. Secondly, the fact that I had to ask her to please speak to my daughter giving directions on what she needed her to do with her hands because she ( tech) would put out her hand and expect a toddler to understand what she means with this?.. Her attitude was very unpleasant and after a minute of standing there allegedly filing my daughter’s nails (I say this because she was randomly grabbing whichever finger and just going across while looking around the salon) ? after this she was ready to apply the nail polish and I looked at my daughter’s nails and absolutely NOTHING was done to them, they were long/ uneven, nail polish residue from prior was there and dirt under her nails, I mean is a minimal cleaning to much to ask for a service that you’re paying for or just removing old nail polish like they would to anybody else?. I thought this was ridiculous and pointed it out, which she gave a dirty look because she hated what she was doing and proceeded to cleaning her nails a little pit with a wooden stick…. I am honestly so disappointed, a salon should only provide this service (to children) ONLY for the experience because to apply some random nail polish anybody can do it.
R	Raman Surinder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for pedicure today and I thought it's gonna be relaxing. But lady who did my pedicure, she did it in less than half an hour. She used hot stones for like 5 seconds. I feel like staff is always in rush. I went twice in this salon. One time with my sister in law. They did the same thing, rushing. Worst service
m	mannat kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lily did an amazing job with my nails. Absolutely love her. Very patient and listens to your needs. However, the owner of the shop seemed really in a rush and taunted lily a bunch of times to speed up, which felt really bad as a client, rushing things, so cutting a star for that. :) No complaints from Lily ❤️
K	Kim Akposheri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: These photos are 2 days after they tried fixing my chipped nails. The exact same nails chipped again. This is supposed to be shellac, they really don't know what they are doing. So sad I paid for this I have gone here twice for shellac and each time the shellac nails start peeling off within 2-3days. I have been getting shellac done for years and usually have it for weeks without peeling. They also don't have good techniques for nail designs. I got so much attitude when I went back to fix the 3day old nail set that was peeling off

They are also very accommodating as I called and was able to go in a few hours later for an appointment. I’ll definitely be back!
