★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place. Argue and yell at you repeatedly. My daughter has been to many places, but never had a bad experience like this. One day we stopped by once because it was the only place open. My daughter got acrylics.
After two day it came off we went there and asked nicely if they can fix it. They didn't greet us or welcome us. Screamed at my daughter who has very bad anxiety and caused her 3 anxiety attacks. They asked us to pay the full amount or leave their place. we were discriminated against and the staff began arguing aggressively with us. Worst experience ever. Never come here please.

I work in a medical setting and use tons of sanitizer and type like no tomorrow.. they have never chipped or worn out on me. Pro tip! They can be really busy, call ahead so you're not waiting too long and ask for Dieu! She's awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and staff wasn’t clear what customers want. First they said 35 dollars for French nails but I wasn’t sure that they really understood what I want. As soon as she starts doing my nails, I started explaining that I want white part of nails should extend out of my finger then she said 45 dollars for manicure. That was really frustrating that why don’t you listen first to your customer then tell the price. Top of that it’s not about price what bothered me the most is that the staff starts talking so rudely to each other about this deal in their own language. I felt that they were bad mouthing about their customers. Do not recommend it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE!! MY NAILS CHIPPED OFF EVERYDAY AND THESE PEOPLE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SO NOW I HAVE CHIPPED NAILS THAT I WASTED MY MONEY ON. SINCE I THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH THE NAIL POLISH, I HAD TO PAY EXTRA TO GET A DIFFERENT COLOUR, AND EVEN THEN IT CONTINUED TO CHIP! I RECOMMENDED THEM TO SO MANY PEOPLE, I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR OVER A YEAR AND THIS IS HOW I GOT TREATED?!

Don’t you have the money to get it fixed,? I drive by every day, I will not go there with plywood on there, it’s supposed to be a nice peaceful relaxing experience, how when your establishment looks like that!!!!!! GHETTO
