★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rowdy buildings, Mcdonalds smell(they are next door) Lots of Smokers. Loud music. Police is a regular. Management is only here to take your money. Vague people in the underground and parkinglot(nighttime)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well managed, clean, well maintained quiet, easy access to 16th and Stoney Trail, strip mall, car wash and several petrol stations within easy reach. Bottle depot, liquor store and bus stops within walking distance. awesome!
