I've lived at the pointe for 3 years now and have had a great experience. All the staff have been extremely professional and easy to deal with. Nico and Cindy have responded to every concern I have had and have gone above and beyond to ensure my stay here has been more than comfortable. About 6 months ago I was going to move for work reasons, I had given Nico my notice and unfortunately the new unit fell through at the last minute. I found myself out of an apartment and a very short period of time to find a place to live. Nico and Cindy helped tremendously through this period and made sure I had a new unit with them and let me stay in the current until the new unit was ready. The maintenance staff are always happy to help, stay late to deal with tenants issues, and have always acted in a professional and friendly manner. In my opinion they have an awesome team here and I highly recommend them :)

Great place to live, I have already recommended to several people. It's quiet and it's exactly what I was looking for in an appartement. My dog is welcome, and I am very comfortable here. Location is great as well.

Great unless someone in the building doesn't like you, as there is next to no security past the outside doors and elevator. I had to move, after 6 yrs living there, due to constant break ins and bullying by other tenants, and no security for protection. I was told to get a security camera, but the other tenant just hacked it. After 4 months, and management continuing to allow such a person residency, after her roommate was evicted for hacking my phone, and breakins (while I'm sleeping) continued, aswell as constant false accusations by this person, and 4-5 lock changes, management gave me an eviction notice for not bringing them a key (because I didn't feel safe)! And she stays... ? Needless to say, I Moved. What really disappointed me, was their lack of supporting those with disabilities to feel safe in their own homes. As these break-ins triggered my ptsd. After switching from letting us pay debit, to strictly online payments they take from our account, they started accumulating more revenue with late rental fees, but could they invest in any security??? No.

I have lived here for 6 years. Close to bus and work. Finally it is has become non-smoking of any kind in building. Sleep better now. One of few places in city that are pet friendly although it used to be small dogs only now we have bigger dogs. My cats are happy here. Like having insuite laundry. Friendly Neighbors.

The apartment building is gross. The hallways are so dark, it smells so musty and gross in there. When you walk in it smell like a whole bunch of cigarettes. The place is run down the elevator stuff is broken and it’s so dark. Building 100

This is the worst place I've ever had the displeasure of renting. Over charging on parking and double dipping on pet deposits and rent. They also try to enforce professional carpet cleaning, which is against the Residential Tenancy Act. So many people fell victim to this illegal charge. You're allowed to clean the carpets yourself. I successfully won that complaint with the RTA board. They replace broken appliances with old barley working appliances. It is suppose to be a none smoking building, but their own maintenance man who lives on site smokes in his suite. The entire second floor would reck of cigarettes. So absolutely disgusting. I was harassed by a possible tenant a few weeks back while taking out the garbage as I closed the door upon my exit. This incident left me feeling incredibly unsafe in my home. Management simply said "thank you for not letting him in the garbage room". No looking into the information provided, nothing. The site also has next to no visitor parking because the majority of the spots are taken by residents as they don't want to pay the $30/35 a month for a spot. They tell the owners they will tow and nothing happens. Lastly, the parking lot is a safety hazard. No one follows any common sense and in the 2 years I lived there I was almost hit numerous times as people don't pay attention and just drive. Management could put up a sign for safety to direct the flow with the two lanes that merge, but no. Just flat out unsafe. We paid nearly $1,300 a month for a two bedroom in which we didn't get quite enjoyment due to inconsiderate neighbors stomping on floors. And piss poor embarrassing poorly managed appliances. Renters beware. Look elsewhere for better accommodations. I would give negative stars if I could.

This property was a great place to live 1 1/2 years ago. New staff working in the office here now are terrible and need to be told that there is garbage everywhere. It’s supposed to be smoke free as of January 1/22 and no change there as people continue to smoke on their balconies and Julie in the office does nothing about it. Very disappointing as it was a great place to live prior with a staff who cared.

I would like to give a special shout out to the maintenance men at the Pointe.JR & Carlos are awesome. I recently had an issue with my dryer. I heard both of them in the hallway & asked JR if he could come in & take a listen. He was able to fix it which saved me a call to the office to place a work order for it. They are always so polite & eager to help me when needed.
