d	dumdumfatface on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish there were negative stars. Called for a delivery, guy took the two item order and said he’d be 30-45 minutes. Called back after an hour... hour and 15... hour and a half - no answer. TERRIBLE.
A	Amy Nobert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRUTAL. Do not order from this company. It took them TWO HOURS to deliver my bottle of wine. I called after 45 mins to find out how much longer they would be. No answer. Then, I received an email saying they would be another 20 mins. It was almost an hour after that, when my delivery showed up. The delivery driver gave me some ridiculous excuse that his car broke down and he had to have his friend pick him up. He called to tell me he was still 15-20 mins away. I then told him in advance over the phone that I would refuse to pay for the delivery charge. Once he showed up, he told me the charge would be a flat $20. I asked for a receipt and “what a surprise”, he didn’t have a receipt for me. $20 for a $15 bottle of wine. I wish I would have searched a little more before placing my order with this poor for an excuse company. Get your liquor delivered from any other company than these crooks...unless you like waiting two hours for your beverages.

At 50 minutes I called to confirm the info was right and was told it would be another 10 minutes. 20 minutes after that the company hangs up on me and sends me a text saying "almost there." I told them not to bother at which point the poor delivery guys calls and tells me he is still over 25 minutes away. This was my first time using a delivery service and what a joke of a company this was. 35 minutes = 75 minutes. Don't waste your time.

Brought the wrong order, missed half of the order completely, showed up HOURS late and charged us outrageous prices even higher than quoted over the phone, then promised to return with the missing items or the cash then was never seen or heard from again. Complete criminals! The worst customer service.! NEVER EVER USE THESE LOSERS NO MATTER WHAT!!!!

I called back after 45 minutes it went to voice mail.... so you guys comments right there to rated were right. My first time calling tonight @ 1:30 am that place just 5 minutes away and I’m always agreed charge delivery and I would have given extra tips even they’re closer —- So don’t waste your time.

Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quoted 35-40 minutes got it 95 minutes after I ordered, it was $45.00 for 2 bottles of wine (that at 12.00 each) with no tip, when I tried to cancel the ordered as I went out myself in that time to get some, they said oh we will be there in 5 minutes. Try to support local but frustrating when this happens. Won't use them again
M	Mai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their diver made me cry because he was verbally attacking me for no reason and then customer service hung up on me when I kept trying to fix the situatio. Customer service just hung up when they said they had to put me on hold.... this situation has been over 5 hours. I even said I was fine with the difference when they brought me the wrong stuff and the delivery man 'Tony' when off in me and made me cry from how aggressive he was towards me. Horrible service. Do not use this delivery service ever. I wouldn't even give them one star.
J	Jonathan Walters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give 2.5 stars if I could. I’ve ordered from them 3 times, they’ve showed up 2/3 times. Usually from 50mins to an hour. They’re prices are outrageous. However I work overnight and often don’t have time to stop by a store so I begrudgingly pay. I use others before them if I can. They’re selection is very limited. Overall has a lot of room for improvement and refining as a business but I see potential in it getting better if they try.
