★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always check your food before you drive away!! 1.) make sure it’s actually all there 2.) make sure it’s actually how you asked for it 3.) make sure it’s not burnt to a crisp!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. They messed my order up for the last time. Won’t ever be returning to this location. I thought maybe the first time was an honest mistake, but after several visits to this location it’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing or care about the satisfaction of their customers.
The last 3 times I’ve been through their drive-thru, they either forget items or my food is burnt. Seriously brutal service at the Country Hills/ Skyview McDonalds.
What’s even more frustrating is all the times they messed up my orders and they didn’t even offer anything extra to accommodate me for taking extra time to go out of my way to come back to fix my order they troubled me with by messing up in the first place. McDonald’s is a multi billion dollar corporation and I can’t even get a complimentary item/ coffee for their screw up and my time wasted. Not impressed.
I will drive further and go the extra mile to pick up food elsewhere just to avoid the frustration of their extraordinarily inept ability to place an order and get it right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ McDonald's is basically a revolving door of high schoolers preparing your food. Needless to say, my bar of expectations is practically on the floor. That being said, I have never once been told that their ice cream machine is broken and continue to enjoy the cold empty calories to this day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will drive extra mile just to avoid this location. Every.Single.Time they managed to screw up my order. One time I ordered 3 regular mcflurries and I was asked to wait at the next window. After 8-10 minutes, manager comes with 6 snack size mcflurries. And I said, I ordered 3 regular mcflurries, she started arguing about how 6 snack size mcflurries are the same as 3 regular. I politely asked for 3 regular mcflurries again and I can tell she was not happy about it.
Another time, they completely missed a filet o fish in our order when I was charged for it on the receipt.
As I said, every single time, there's an issue at the drive thru order. I even took it up to corporate and they sent back a generic response.
Please stop giving these people your business. At the end of the day McDonalds is McDonalds and the money goes to the same corporation but the owner needs to take some responsibility. I will happily drive extra mile to get better service at a different location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place to come, the service is fast and very nice people trying to help as much as they can. My only complaint is that the printer does not print the receipt with the order number on it because of the malfunctioning printer or printer not aligned. This is the second time it happens hence the 4 stars.

She's always happy and friendly. There's a smile that shines through the mask she wears. I want to commend her on the great customer service she provides every morning I stop by. Continue to stay safe and healthy.
