Dr. Brian Trieu is amazing, very knowledgeable and he takes his time to explain well to you and very thorough. The staff infront are very helpful, friendly and very awesome good customer service. We never feel pressure or rushed. They are very accommodating and everything was smooth and easy. For sure 100% we will highly recommend them to our other families and friends. Thank so much for the amazing experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at True Vision are phenomenal! Starting with the receptionists, they’re incredibly friendly and helpful. I phoned in about a frame I wanted that wasn’t available at the time, and they were able to order it immediately. I was quoted 3-5 business days for them to come in, but they came within a couple days. The receptionists gave me more than enough time to be able to try them on, and I never felt rushed to make a decision. As for Dr. Brian Trieu, he was exceptionally professional and answered all my questions (I had a lot of questions) with plenty of detail. For example, I’ve had issues with dry eyes as of late and instead of just recommending the common remedy like eye drops, he actually explained the root cause of what’s caused dryness in my eyes. Dr. Trieu then provided a detailed routine for me to follow to help with the dryness. He was also quick and efficient, but just like his staff, I never felt rushed to just get in and out. I 100% recommend seeing this team of wonderful people! Keep up the amazing work!

The girls in front were great with helping me pick out a pair of glasses, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything and ended up with an amazing deal. Will be recommending to my friends and family
