LensCrafters - Calgary

Today, I went to Lenscrafters to get a screw put in my glasses. Liberty was the professional that helped me. She was incredible! She advised me that the screw in my glasses was likely to come out again. She advised me that due to my extra protection coverage that I was entitled to "completely" new glasses for only $25.00 difference. She then helped me select new frames. I find that the staff at the Lenscrafters at Deerfoot Mall very professional, honest, and friendly. They all know what they are doing and you can tell. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters location.

I have been getting glasses thru Lens Crafters for 20 years for my children and myself! I go to the Deerfoot City location as the service is absolutely amazing! Customer Service just doesn't exist in many places these days but Sherry takes it above and beyond! She has been great at helping me choose my glasses and I am never disappointed! Had to go in to help fix the glasses as i lost a screw on on side - Libby was the best. She fixed the side and tightened the other one. Was so helpful! Great place for all your EYE things.

I was at the Deerfoot City location Feb 2022. The staff really went the extra mile to help out. My daughter had broken her glasses and was in real need of a new pair, as she has a heavy prescription and can’t see well without them. I called every place in the city I could find that does same day glasses. No one was able to make hers on site because of her prescription. Deerfoot City LensCrafters offered to try. I was so thankful they were willing to try, and low and behold they came out perfectly. Thanks to the staff for the whole process from assisting in picking out the frames to the very quick turnaround time in receiving the glasses. Thanks for the wonderful service.

I always have a great experience with the ladies at this location. Impeccable customer service by the women in the doctors office as well as in lensecrafters. Sherry is super focused on getting you the perfect pair and won’t give up until your satisfied. Will definitely be referring friends and family to this store!

Love the staff here. Excellent service; very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My sister and I were both able to get glasses and sunglasses we love for a very good price! I would recommend the Deerfoot City LensCrafters to everyone!

I've been here before and expected a smooth process and I'm not normally prone to reviews as you can see but my experience this time was honestly not good. Driving vision is the main reason I wanted to update and my driving posture is very upright. Repeatedly coached to sit naturally (slouch). When I came in to pick the glasses up it seemed blurry but Im used to some transitions periods. A day or so later I realized that if I tucked my chin in that put everything in focus. I went back to check and described my issues and the staff indicated the lenses had been cut wrong and some sort of partial bifocal had been cut. Ok, no worries, things happen. I received calls and emails asking how my glasses we working out which seems like a bit of an oversight/ poor internal tracking given my situation. No word two weeks later and I call back to find out the store has taken my email down wrong for the pick up notification. When I get there a staff member has her mask casually hanging off her ear while working at the opposite desk. Another member assists me I say it's still looks blurry and the staff member is called into assist, does put her mask of for this. She checks everything and says the lenses are correct as were the last ones and that I should have been sent home with the last pair as there was nothing wrong with them. I tried to ask about this was normal in regards to the chin tucking around my glasses and was told it's just a matter of getting used to my astigmatism change. I've had the astigmatism/glasses for most of my life and I'd like to think I'm pretty familiar with the adjustment period/ eyes adjusting feeling required. This felt different and maybe it's me getting old but I'd just like to be comfortable and not strain my neck and not be brushed off by someone who was clearly the senior staffer of the two.

Every time I deal with Deerfoot LensCrafters I have found that they not only treat me with expertise but they do everything in their power to provide the best deal possible for my purchase. Liberty dealt with me this time and she is one of my favourites. This is because she is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend this LensCrafters.
