★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Leong is great & the staff there are ok. However I find this practice takes forever to get anything done. 4 weeks for replacement lenses and once they arrive it will be another week to have the lenses put in?! Perhaps they need to find a better & closer lab to use in order to provide timely products to their clients.
Also they are extremely busy we tried to book a contact fitting appointment and their next available was 6 weeks away?
And when I told the lady at the desk my frustrations over the phone and told her we won't be using them any longer she laughed, no apologies from them whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first visit to an optometrist in Calgary, upon a friend's recommendation. Very happy with my experience. Dr Leong is really patient and I felt very safe with her. The staff are patient and professional, and not pushy at all with their products. Would definitely recommend this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foresight Eye Care has been my family eye care clinic since we moved to harvest hill community in 2012. I am very appreciated with their professional and enthusiastic services these years.
In June 2018, my left eye felt uncomfortable and contacted them for an appointment. Dr Yung gave me an immediate exam in the same day and diagnosed that there was a small hole on my retina. At once, she booked an emergency appointment successfully with a specialist and arranged me a laser surgery in the next day!
On the Wednesday one week before, my left eye felt dry, pain, and kept tearing when winking, I tried to booked an emergency appointment with Dr Leong, in such a convid-19 pandemic time. They responded soon and Dr Leong gave a thorough exam in the next day and a following check on the next Monday. Dr Leong explained all my questions patiently, then, gave me a treatment schedule step by step in the next three months. Now my left eye feels well and vision recovers completely, though I still need to follow her instructions to prevent it from recurrent.
I am very happy having Dr Leong and her team as my family eye care services. I definitely recommend Foresight Eye Care to anyone who needs a professional and trustworthy eye care clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Foresight Eyecare. I have gone to Dr. Leong for over 20 years. She is the only eye doctor that has been able to give me the correct prescription for my complex astigmatism and near-sightedness. The impact she had on my life was profound. I still remember how I felt when I put my new glasses on in her office and was amazed to be able to see everything clearly, with no distortion, for the first time in 35+ years.
Dr. Leong is extremely knowledgeable, kind and considerate and always greets you with a smile. She has a very calm and steady demeanor and is a wonderful eye doctor. I would not want to go anywhere else for my eye care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Yung was very thorough with my eye exam and helped me how I can treat dryness of my eyes. The staff, Joanne helped me a couple of times to get new glasses and she is always friendly and kind to find right frames I like. When I revisited to adjust the frames, she always helped me to adjust for my eyesight and she thoroughly make sure the glasses are sitting on right postion and I am comfortable. I am very appreciative with their professionalism and I can see Joanne is a very hard working person. I always enjoy talking to her and I highly recommend.

She, and her staff are knowledgeable, have always been friendly and efficient, and take the time to explain about vision and vision care and what I can do to keep my eyes healthy and working the way they are supposed to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got new lenses as I made a pretty big scratch on mine. Dr. Chan was very knowledgeable and provided me several different options for lense replacement. The lenses I got are excellent and great for the office. They are very clear and come with a 2 year warranty against any scratches! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Leong has been my eye doctor since the very early days of her practice (15-20 yrs). I have no qualms about recommending her to others, she is very thourough and professional. However, her staff need to improve dramatically. I've been waiting 2 weeks for a price on my high-index progressive lens. I have left two messages and still no response (even spoke with receptionist). I think I will take my business elsewhere, especially reading how long it took another person to get their glasses.
