★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pedicure in years! I wasn't happy with my previous mani pedi salon and was looking for a new one! I think I found it! A young lady named Quinn did my manicure pedicure and it was fantastic! The care she took and time to make sure I was happy was really appreciated! The quality of the nail polish application I received was the best in a long time! Not one chip. Very happy and I will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for a new acrylic set. Hanna did an amazing job. Her work is very precise, and she clearly cares about what she does as she takes her time to perfect every detail. 4 Stars instead of 5 because I was rushed by the workers to pick a colour in a rude manner. Other than this, Hanna was fairly kind and started great conversation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Katie’s several times since 2019 and never ever had issues. Kim and one other lady that I usually get shellac done from are kind and fantastic. Because they do a great job I think that prices are fair. I’ve gotten cheaper done elsewhere but not as good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanna does an amazing job every single time I’m there, always accommodating, takes her time to get the perfect shape I want, and is such a wonderful lady to talk to. Very hard working as well.
I never intended to keep my nails, but since she makes them look so pretty I can’t stop. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a solar gel fill, was at a different salon previously. Katie's salon is crammed and not clean. Technician I was assigned to never even introduced herself, very unprofessional. Area to wash hands is cluttered and dirty, LED lights are full of product that you don't even want to put your hands in it. The side edges of my nail were not covered in gel and therefor started to peel from the product the next day. They were willing to redo my nails completely free of charge, which was expected. Manager argued with me that they don't know what product was previously used and that their product might not have adhered to my previous application. This does not make much sense to me as they file off the old product prior to. Also argued that I said I wanted them very thin and that was why they broke.....I clearly remember telling the technician that I was very hard on my nails and needed thicker where the nail comes off the end of my finger. I have had gel nails on for over 20 years and have never experienced this much of a hassle! The new set a different technician did were shaped great and she wanted to make sure I was happy but this set was NOT any better and many nails were chipping on edges after 2 days, and she filed off all of my natural nail underneath which I did not ask for and I feel made my nails weaker.
