From physio & especially massage therapy from Roxanne has really help me deal with lot of my health issues. She is truly gifted and has abundance of knowledge for anything that’s ailing you. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've worked with Unaise for 6 weeks and it was a pleasurable. He was very diligent and knowledgeable, which aided in my recovery. The staff are friendly and very accommodating! I always looked forward for my appointments, because everyone was welcoming :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Caring Hands since September 2020 for physio and massage treatments from a motor vehicle accident I was in. The staff there are wonderful. My physiotherapist Mitul is a real nice gut, very easy to get along with. My massage therapist Roxane is a real peach. She has really helped elevate the pain I have in my back and shoulders. I find her entire personality very calming and relaxing. I always look forward to my massages with her because I know I can go get a massage and vent about any issues I am having. She is they type of person who will just listen and not judge a single sole. Other days when I am mot in the best mood, we will just do our little hello, how are you and that is it for the rest of the massage. Roxane is always careful not to put to much pressure on the parts that are really hurting, she is very aware of what I need and how to address the problem areas. 10/10 would definitely recommend seeing Roxane at Caring Hands for any type of massage, need be from a motor vehicle accident or just a nice relaxing massage. Thank you everyone for all your help so far!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor recommended I go to Caring Hands for physio to help with long term issues, I have been experiencing. Mitul is great and able to balance and change up areas we are working on. He is fun to deal with, especially when managing pain and all the stuff that goes with it. I also started seeing Roxane, resident massage therapist. She is fabulous on so many levels. Her care for her patients is incredible. She does pressure checks regularly too make sure you aren’t too uncomfortable with the process. Sometimes we chat like old friends... other times, it is just peace.. definitely depends on what you the patient want. I highly recommend these folks...you won’t be sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this place a 1 star based off their horrendous customer experience and incredibly incompetent front end staff.
I called initially to ask about a new Massage Therapist(MT) as Nicole had left. They did not know what MT’s were working or what kind of Experience any of them had. They offered to ask around and give me a call back, which they never did. I called again and this time left a voicemail to book in, again never received a call back.
I called in a third time, asked to book in with anyone that does sports massage and the receptionist had nothing to say except “she’s good”. She offer different times on different days, and when I went with the second time option, it wasn’t even with the MT we were discussing.
At that point I said don’t worry about it, I’ll book in with a different place. It’s as though the staff don’t know who works, don’t know what time they work, and don’t even know what the staff specializes in or their experience.

I am a rock climber and always come up with some odd injuries and muscle pulls so it's nice to meet people who understand what's going on. If you are into sports and need a good physio who knows her stuff I would recommend Shikha.

From Crystal and Lilith at the reception, to Mitul and Raul, the care given was excellent from start to finish, and I would recommend anyone in need for the services provided to book an appointment. Very professional and responsive to questions and issues, the staff is excellent.
