“Gong cha” is a Chinese term for the act of offering the best tea to the Emperor. It represents teas and beverages of the highest and finest quality, fit for royalty. Today, the Gong cha company is dedicated to the same principal of providing premium products to its customers around the globe. Gong cha promises to inspire the human spirit and create happiness with a perfect cup of tea.
Established in Taiwan in 1996 by two good friends, Huang and Wu, Gong cha was unique in offering personalized service with premium teas in a variety of innovative and delicious recipes. Gong cha became loved by its customers and news of the company quickly spread by word of mouth. Its quality products grew increasingly popular, and in 2006, Huang and Wu established the Gong cha brand and opened the first Gong cha brand store in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. Gong cha has since become one of the best-known providers of quality teas and has blossomed around the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this location. Ordered 4 drinks. The employee swapped us 1 drink from someone else’s order instead. Good thing I noticed it before we left. Wasn’t offered any apology for the mistake made... I asked for 2 drinks to be in a bag and then was only given two straws. Had to wait for the employee to return just to get another 2 straws for the other two drinks. The service is not impressive. Will not be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we do go for bubble tea, 9/10 times we choose Gong Cha. They are always consistent with the taste, you always know what you’re getting compared to some other BBT.
And the service is great, friendly staffs, pretty much all the locations I’ve been to. We especially frequent the Harvest Hills location since it’s close to home but when we’re out, we will visit closest to where we are, and they’re all great! Two Thumbs Up ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great location. The menu has lots of different options and the staff here are always friendly and kind. I come here regularly to get work done, and there's lots of seating and a power outlet for my laptop. I really enjoy coming for bubble tea and focus time! :)

The customer service was good. I would be definitely going back there in the future.
The store’s ambience was not the most welcoming in my opinion. Many of the lights were turned off and it was quite dark in there.

I got a Matcha Milk Tea with Brown Sugar and boba. This item was not on the menu but the lady at the counter offered to make it for me. It was DELICIOUS!
The only thing sweeter here was the lady herself.
She was super friendly and made sure I liked what she made - amazing service !!!
Definitely going back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since Gong Cha has opened up in the NW area, we have been going here not just for their great tasting Bubble Tea, but for their delicious bubble waffles.
First off, their bubble tea, endless amount of flavors for every taste palette, but their traditional milk tea is my favorite. Good balance of tea and good quality cream. Second, their bubble waffle, is probably the best in the city. Buttery, smooth, not overly sweet, and delicious. Third, their service is excellent, even talking to the person in front, you can tell they are happy about their job......
