G	Genegie B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great location and layout design with excellent customer service. I was recommended drinks that had more coffee taste and was able to accommodate my requests. The establishment was clean and the drink was excellent along with great pearl texture. I highly recommend this location compared to the Chinatown location just because of their service.

I had called earlier to make sure they accept the coupon and they had told on call that they accept the coupon. Why even send birthday coupons when you don't accept them? and the person at counter was acting as if I am a beggar asking for a free drink. Pathetic, will never visit again!
S	Shayne Cooper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depends on who makes it, was there couple days ago and the lady that made the tarro smoothie made it really good. Nice and cold like a smoothie should be.. Went there today, the guy made the first one first was more like tarro milk than a smoothie, he asked if I wanted a new one. The 2nd one was thicker but it was warm and nasty, he just added more tarro powder. Pretty sure you're suppose to put ice in the smoothie and blend it, no ice added. Bad enough I had to toss it out. May not go back specially if the one guy is working.. You need to be consistent in your product.
H	Hatixhe Bllacaku on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever...Waited 30 min for a small smoothie and when I approached to ask how much longer would it take,they told me they just realised they had no banana syrup and asked me if I want to replace it with something else.I wonder when would they ask me if hadn't approached them myself. In an hour? Poor management. They should hire more people. I walked out,having already paid but never received smoothie.

S	Sophia Vong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really really love the popcorn chicken from here and especially the twilight series! Not only is the ‘grapefruit blush’ beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but it’s also sweet and a little bit tangy. Wonderful and friendly staff! My go to bubble tea place:)

Can customize your drink to your liking as well, staff is fairly friendly... especially the guy who works here (IDK his name) hes a cool guy though! Overall, definitely a good place to try out if you are in the area, plenty of other stores to shop around while you're at it too!!

I ordered Hot Caramel Milk Tea and unfortunately what I received was warm. It’s still cheaper than other competitors though.
