Devoted to bringing authentic Hawaiian poke to the Alberta prairies, 'Ono Poke Co. is based on Chef Lawrence Hui's love for seafood and quest to honour Hawaii's diverse culinary roots and ethnic fusions. Inspired by a visit to Maui and mentorships with Ka'anapali Beach's most seasoned chefs, Hui created a bold menu showcasing fresh seafood, housemade marinades, sauces, locally sourced vegetables and exotic Asian garnishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Uncle Tom's Poke and takeaway as my dinner. Even I told 30mins back to home, the Tuna is still very fresh and dressing is very delicious and perfectly match with Tuna. I am quite enjoy for it.
It is interesting that the plastic bowl container is nice ad fancy, and I have made a little night lamp and it is very useful. What a good experience.

Not your average fast food place, the food is nice and fresh! Definitely different than any of your other average fast food joint.
It’s a little on the pricy side but they use fresh premium ingredients so that’s understandable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for their second day Grand Opening (though it seems like they've been opened for awhile already). They were offering BOGOs. Decided to build our own. They have a pretty good selection though you have to pick and choose what you want. Depending on the size you get, you get to choose more items. We got the large which gave us 5 scoops of proteins in which we could mix and match. After that we got to choose 4 normal toppings and 2 premium toppings. Didn't seem like there was a limit on sauces but we only chose two.
The bowl was pretty flavourful though next time we would probably minimize the different types of protein we choose (probably skip out on the seared tuna as it wasn't as flavourful).
We did have a small fish bone in one of the bowls, and while it is probably a one off chance, might want to be careful while eating.
It is also nice that they offer bowls that don't have any fish if you aren't a fan of fish.
Expect to pay anywhere from $10 to $17 for a bowl. Worth trying at least once if you haven't before.
