★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend. Their customer service is poor and their prices are too high for services you would normally get in a salon. Gave them a chance a few times and they don't provide anything out of the ordinary besides fancy pillows or chairs to sit on. My massage chair didn't even work properly during my pedicure lol. This place is a cash grab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have always paid around $60-$70 for a set, at this location i was charged $80 plus $25 for design. the prices weren't online and aren't shown in store either. i am able to look past pricing higher but on top of that i was told by the manager if i didn't shorten the nails the price would be higher. never in my experience of nails have i been charged for length on basic gel nails. my nail tech was amazing, she made sure many times i liked the design and shape. unfortunately even with her amazing service i recommend going somewhere with set prices, and somewhere that wont try to charge for a extra 5mm of nail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse pedicure ever. I came for a deluxe pedicure and all she did was rub lotion over my legs. Halfway into my pedicure she told me her hands are swollen so she can’t perform to her full capabilities. If I’m paying for a deluxe pedicure I’m sorry but I don’t care how swollen your hands are. Find someone who can give an actual pedicure or don’t waste my time, money or gas. I’ll never come back here what a joke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted a specific design, nail tech couldn't do it. Okay, that's totally fine. Settled for a very basic design that all nail techs should be able to do. Nail tech couldn't do it and when I said I wasn't happy, she started roughly throwing her equipment around and gaslighting me by saying my nails are too short (they were about 3/4 of a cm long) and that the colours I picked don't work well with the design. I have done my own nails with the same colours and the same design at the same length in the past with no difficulties. Once I agreed to what she suggested as a compromise, she rushed to get me finished. Overall, I won't be coming back.
