★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst McDonalds. I live close by and unfortunately eat here often.
- If you want diarrhea eat at this unsanitary venue
- If you want your order mixed up with the car in front of you or behind you come here
- If you want an incorrect order come here. sometimes no pickles, sometime pickles, wrong coffee, no salsa ect...(inconsistent taste and construction)
- If you want to wait, or be sent to the 123 parking, eat here
- the McDonalds app could be great if the staff was motivated to use their computers and tech. you can do everything right with the app and still have to wait
- IMO employees are slow and unmotivated (i know they are trained), managers not doing their job as you see the same mistakes over and over even after complaints
- probably should be a 1 star, except you still get food
- I know, I wont be back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure if this location is just trying to bump their drive thru numbers but no matter what I have order, no matter the time of day they always tell us to pull forward to wait. Even so much as 2 coffees still having to pull up to wait. Today, There were more people waiting for food in the pull up spots than there were actual spots to wait. When I got my food I couldn't back out because there were 4 cars waiting in spots and 2 more trying to get a wait spot. I feel bad for the lady brining out the food because I don't think think traffic control was in the job description when she applied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to have a quick lunch and stopped here. All I ordered was a 10 piece spicy chicken McNuggets and at the Oder speaker, the girl asked if I want spicy buffalo sauce before I even brought up sauces. I said no, I want spicy habanero sauce. I paid for my order and went home to eat it and they still pawned off the Buffalo sauce and gave me no habanero sauce. I feel they were just trying to unload an unpopular item on me knowing I probably won’t complain about it. Well, here I am complaining about it. My lunch is ruined, my Sunday is ruined, and I honestly just feel like walking deep into the woods and committing suicide over this issue. But I won’t. Instead, I’ll live life to the fullest and put this one behind me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I was up north and stopped into McDonald’s in the Panorama Hills plaza! I was greeted by a young man named Nathan!
I was in an incredibly bad mood, this young chap lit up my day. ?We chatted about our nose piercings while I waited in line! Lol Turned into a little hey - be creative, be you! He smiled and said I hope you have an incredible rest of your day!!!
It was a pleasure and hands down best customer service I’ve had in a while! Kudos to you on bring a great human Nathan!
My meal was really good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FOURTH TIME ordering with skip and this is what my food looks like, what's worse is that I called and the lady had an attitude about how "its not possible" well here are the pictures sweetie. On top of that some items were missing too and again it's not the first time. I wouldn't reccomend ordering from there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a Schezuan McChicken - this is how it came. Absolutely dry with barely any sauce on it. Horrible. Second time I’ve had absolutely horrid experience at this location. Last time I asked for the spicy habanero egg McMuffin and apparently they didn’t have that. Not sure whose training the staff here but it’s brutal.
