Paul was super patient, being new to glasses, I was looking for something that I loved and it took a while. He was so kind and helpful. Safe to say we found our place, definitely a return customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best optometrist and staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The optometrist calls himself a magician and it's incredibly accurate! He knew what myself and my kids were doing to worsen our eyes, or symptoms my kids were disposing to show their vision had changed. When it was time to pick glasses I took 3 kids by myself and the staff was so helpful every step of the way and kept my youngest busy while we shopped for the other two. Even my kids loved the experience as they felt like they were their own person and respected. Great selection of glasses as well, better then any other store I've been in lately. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ben Purba was not only thorough with my contact fitting but he also gave me options to make sure that I was 100% satisfied.The whole process for my first visit was hassle free. No gimmicks, pure honesty. Highly recommended!

Paul was very polite, professional and patient. He even ordered a brand of frames that he did not have in stock and called me immediately once they arrived. Overall, the selection, pricing and service is unbeatable in comparison to other places I have visited.

Paul manages this Calgary NW location. He was extremely helpful in frame selection and gave great suggestions on what style best suited my face shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul at panorama hills location is awesome! I went in for my original look as this place was recommended through my social media group.. I only need to purchase glasses as my exam has been at the same place for a couple of years... Paul was so friendly and patient with me... It must be tough during the pandemic having to clean every pair that a person trys on... Paul did not give this impression and only asked that I don't return them to the rack so he could keep track of what needed sterilizing... The whole process was at an easy pace and no up sale pressure at all... I didn't need a spare pair as my script was the same as before so instead of buy one get one he gave me a fantastic discount... He also helped me pick my pair and had no problem with judging how they looked on me?.... The glasses arrived on the same day as promised and he also gave free refills on eye cleaner anytime I am in the area. Free adjustment also included for the life of the glasses.

Everyone was very helpful in answering any of my questions as well as educating me on everything from how glasses fit my face, types of lenses and even the optometrist took her time explaining thoroughly what's going on with my eyes when I had an eye exam. All in all I'm extremely impressed with the level of service I received! The shop itself is very clean with a wide variety of styles for glasses.
