β β β β β The first time I went here a girl with red hair helped me was was super informative and polite and helped me get all the things I needed and maintaining a social distance from me the whole time!
I came back a month later and a girl with black hair helped me. (A different girl)
And she was snobby towards me at the register when I had brought up one box of dye and saying I needed to use 2 boxes of dye on my hair cause she uses 1 and a half on hers and her hair is shorter than mine. So I got another box of dye (that I didn't need or use)
And she wouldn't let me use my welcome offer of $5 for signing up last time I was in the store. Even tho it was in an email recieved that day.

β β β β β The staff at this location are super accommodating, friendly and helpful! I went in wanting to bleach my hair from dark red box dye to blonde and was given very helpful advice. Their return policy is great, so the things that did not work for me on a test strand, I was able to exchange what didnβt work for products that did. It takes the guesswork out of the equation! Iβm now (mostly) platinum for around $100 from dark red box dye which I had been dyeing for a year. Thanks ladies!

β β β β β My sister asked a staff member for advice on developer. The employee that helped us was extremely insistent on a 20, to the point of almost arguing. We bought the 20 and low and behold it didn't lift like we had wanted. We left it on waaay longer as she had suggested if needed. Will not be trusting their advice again.

β β β β β Everytime I come in the girls working are so sweet and helpful. They welcome you and let you shop with no pressure unlike other locations I've been to. I wish I knew the girl's name that has helped me a few times. She's never steered me wrong. Will always come back to this location even though I live in the south. 5 stars!!!!

β β β β β Iβve been going to this location more often. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Recently l required a hair dye for my hair type and was very pleased with the results. I want to thank the staff who assisted me yesterday on choosing the product that would best meet my hair needs. Iβm really happy with the outcome.

β β β β β A couple months ago I came here to buy some dye and a lady with red hair helped me and she was so sweet and helpful! I would give it a five star then. I came again today and I tried to ask a lady with dark hair to help me find a similar dye to match mine and she couldnβt even recommend anything she just kept saying βi donβt know youβll have to bleach itβ I understand the bleaching process. But her tone was very rude and she was very unhelpful. Maybe she was having an off day but I wasnβt being rude. I left without getting anything because they were being unhelpful and I didnβt wanna buy a product without making sure I was getting the right one.

β β β β β I came in as I did a boo boo with my hair. I donβt know a whole lot about the products but I came in and Ashley was VERY helpful. She gave me all the right tips and what products to use. She was kind enough to write what steps to take for my hair. If you ever need any advice Iβd strongly suggest to see Ashley.
