It is now end of March and we were told there was going to be another delay (this is the 3rd notice we received) and the supplier will not be delivering our full paid furniture until mid May. We understand that the pandemic has caused a lot of trouble for many suppliers to meet their deadlines however I think it’s ridiculous that customers are waiting a full 6 months to receive their furniture. Will not be shopping at Structube again.

B	Blessed Thel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their furniture. However, based on the Deerfoot store's recommendation, we called their headquarters about a sofa we wanted to purchase. While waiting for a call back from a supervisor, they increased the prices and refused to honour the previous quote they had given us. It was going to cost us over $500 more to get that sofa. We were told the rep who had "helped" us before no longer works there so there was nothing they could do
O	Opto Phobe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed by the store layout, product selection, product quality and the employees. Did not expect to have the excellent experience I had today, Sept 4, 2021. Happened to be the store manager that was very helpful without getting in the way. If I had to remodel a home I think this is the store I would use to fill it. I will be back.
S	Shaivi Sharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. We ordered 4 bar stools in Dec and waited 4 months for it to be delivered. When my husband assembled 1 of the stools we realized the legs weren’t aligning . When called the store we were asked to send the pictures and we did the same. One of the sales person John said he can’t see any problem with the stool even when my husband sent the video they thought it was normal to have 1 leg short. When went to the store I was very upset and while I was explaining my concern a very Smart Lady (Pier) rather than listening to me said I am calling the security which shocked my husband and I. This is how they handle customer complains and yes before I forget the only person who deserves a recognition in the entire process is Bernadette. She was very helpful and helped us get a refund.
y	yancy espinoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm actually surprised that they have a 3.3 star rating on google. A quick search of BBB and Yelp reveals the truth about this company with a pattern of poor customer service, damaged furniture and long waits for items that were paid for. Ordered some bedroom furniture and it took over 6 months for the delivery, no updates from Structube about delivery and calls to them just garnered "they're on their way" responses. Received the 3 items and there were pieces missing, poor workmanship and items that were packed while the paint was not fully dry and stuck to each other. The paint also has a grainy feel on contact surfaces and there's overspray on surfaces. It also appeared that at least one item was a return that was repacked based on the wear and tear already evident on the item. Contacted the company and at this point we just want some new drawer fronts to replace the damaged/poorly painted ones we received and they're starting to give us a run around which makes me think their standard M.O. is to deny any responsibility and avoid any refunds. Their furniture looks good in the pictures but that's it. You're better to go to Ikea if your looking for inexpensive furniture as bad as they are they are million times easier to deal with than STRUCTUBE.

They have a very good price point and have a lot of beautiful pieces. I also like how they staged the whole showroom. I just hope they have a warehouse here in Calgary where you can get the pieces you want right away or at least in a shorter period of time. Since the warehouse is in Montreal its takes loooong to get your item to your door.
