I have bought two couches from here over the years and I can’t recommend this business enough. Fair prices and good quality relative to what you pay!

Went in the store with my wife, who had a broken leg and a knee scooter, and they refused us entrance based on her using the scooter. This store is not accessible for people with limited mobility and they actively refuse service with limited mobility, so spend your money elsewhere. On an unrelated note, most of the furniture seemed rather gaudy from the front of the store, but we didn't really get a good look at things so maybe the non-ugly stuff was stored in the back.

Very poor quality sofa. I got a sofa from them and after 6 months the springs in the cushions start coming off from the foam. The worse, there is zero warranty.

I was shopping for a beautiful reasonably priced sectional and not sure what I really want. I spoke to the people and they helped me choose. Unlike others who would sell you their most expensive product, they actually showed me this sectional that is on sale . They customized it for me, delivered and assembled in my home . The people who came did not complain in spite of my narrow door and hallway. They were very patient and nice people. They also taught me how to take care of my couch. Thank you so much

Don’t trust this store at all, everything about their business practices are suspicious. Every time I have been to the store the older lady has always lied to me about my questions. I’ll never buy from this place, they claim to have the product in stock when you’re ready to purchase, but won’t bring it from the back without a deposit. I know these tacktics, as soon as you put a deposit, than they suddenly can’t find it and will order that takes 4-7 weeks. The 3 stars tells me everything I need know about this business

Just opened our very beat up brand new sofa set. After reading the reviews, I am realizing I am stuck with this and I am so very upset. These sofas have more holes and rips than I had on my old one that was 9 years old. I actually ended up seeing the worst parts after I originally posted. I am in tears now. The sofa is actually going in the garbage.

Great people to deal with in my opinion. I bought a small sectional couch from them that was perfect size for my condoand needed the correct facing direction.. I was looking at other places and found one I liked but it was a 3 month wait to get it. So I kept looking and found Furinture Depo. They had the same one but (different colour)which I was ok with but a little more expensive. I showed the lady the sale on other one and she matched it 100% no questions asked. They offer a delivery service as well for additional fee. Which I got and was same day delivery. They came to condo ,packed everything into my place and even set it up. Only thing is you have to get rid of cardboard packing and stuff on your own. No biggie for me as I have 4 indoor dumpsters at building. Few months later I decided to by a new bedroom set for master room. Again checked around and they were my best option. And I purchased a box spring and mattress as well. Same day delivery, came inside and set it up for me. Just had to dispose of the packaging. The other great thing is they take etransfer for payment. So I didn't even have to go down to the store or anything. Which made it convenient for me as I work away from home and crazy hours. They had 3 choices from mattresses hard , med pillow, and soft. Went with the med pillow and I LOVE this mattress. My previous one was a mattress in box Envy(might have spelt worng) but hated it and it was 1600.00 junk.. Can't remember total of everything but in thinking around 1200-1400 all in for bedroom set 1400 for couch I think. Not exactly sure though on either items but around there And it seems to be holding up good not chipping, still tight all good. Lamps not included in pics. I will definitely make this my first stop for when I'm looking for more items
