I had an exceptional experience with this company. I bought a condo and had to remove the old carpet and opted for vinyl plank for the living space and new carpet for bedrooms. I worked with Stephanie and the advice and attention to my buildings requirements as well as budget were all respected and kept in mind. She was very friendly and I never felt like I was being pushed to buy something, and they let take home samples to make sure it worked with the colour scheme of my condo. The installer was very quick and professional, and had the job done in 2 days. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone, but especially for first time renos as they made my experience comfortable and exciting.

My husband & I needed some direction in terms of the best flooring to replace our carpets. Michael Ramicone supplied excellent advice, competent product knowledge & did all of it while helping us feel a part of the conversation. We ordered laminate flooring from Flooring Superstores, Calgary for our entire main level of our home that we are renovating. Unfortunately, through no fault of the store, the laminate that we chose was out of stock and the manufacturer kept moving the date forward for delivery. After a long wait we finally decided to cancel our order and with the aid of our salesperson picked out laminate made by a different manufacturer. We’re so glad that we did because the laminate flooring was delivered within a week and it looks superb in our home. The crew that installed our flooring were absolutely fantastic. The head installer’s name is Simon and I highly recommend requesting that he be the installer for anyone buying from this company. I tip my hat to Simon and his very qualified crew and I would also like to mention that our salesperson Stephanie was super helpful, friendly and professional. The company has a great selection and competitive prices. I am very happy that we bought our flooring from this company.

Let me tell you a little about myself, I am a owner of a company in Calgary that does everything from small outside repairs to custom builds. What I’ve learnt through the years is that customer service can make or break a company. I define myself and my business with exceptional customer service, I’ve completed multiple projects with Luxury vinyl plank floors including large commercial jobs, so when I decided to install this in my own private home I felt highly qualified to do it. I tore out all my floors in my home and replaced everything with Centurity Silver Commercial. Following install directions to a T. Shortly after the first month we noticed significant shrinkage, which caused gaps in between planks. So I did what anyone would do, I reached out to the flooring Rep where I bought the product. Matt met us at our house remarked that the gaps were significant and unusual and arranged for us to have a conference call with the Manufacturer Rep for the flooring company. This turned out to be a ABSOLUTE waste of my time. He was not willing to stand behind the product, and was only willing to give us 2 boxes of flooring in return after we had a spent over a few thousand dollars. As I have NEVER had this issue in any other installs, it’s my conclusion that something is defective with this batch of flooring, and with each plank glued down the 2 extra boxes don’t help us at all, and we are basically left to figure this out on our own. I have never been more disappointed in a companies customer service than I have been with this company, and I would never recommend this company to any of my clients looking to have floors replaced in the future.

My wife and I were looking to have our basement floor re-done to remove some old carpet with luxury vinyl and after looking at a few flooring companies around Calgary, we landed with Flooring Superstore. Staff were friendly and helpful from the beginning in showing us some different luxury vinyl samples at different price points and were able to take home some samples to compare the samples in our basement. Michael was helpful and collaborative in providing measurements and quotes along with updates once we choose to go with Flooring Superstore. We did experience some delays in obtaining the flooring supplies due to the recent supply chain issues around Canada, but Michael was great from the start in coordinating the work and keeping us in the loop in terms of timelines. The quoted prices that we received from Michael were very competitive to other competitors and we felt that the timeliness of the quotes and updates were a major deciding factor to go with Flooring Superstores. The installers that came to our house were quick in removing the old carpet and installing the new luxury vinyl. Oleg was great in showing some areas were we had some paint or base board chips, but we were expecting to do some touch ups once the base boards had to be move down due to the carpet being set higher previously. We would recommend anyone who is looking for new flooring to stop by Flooring Superstores.

Our experience with Flooring Superstores Calgary was outstanding! I visited numerous carpet stores within the city and Flooring Superstores Calgary definitely had the largest selection of colours and styles of carpet! The associate who helped me at the store, Matt, was super easy to deal with and quick to answer my questions. The installation of a 500+ square foot area of carpet took less than 4 hours! The 3 guys who installed it had 100+ years of experience amongst them and made sure no damage was done to our base boards or walls. They even vacuumed twice! Overall, I am extremely pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone looking to install new flooring! We went with a grassy green colour to freshen up our basement. See pictures below. This store was the only store in the city that had a good selection of green carpets.

It was a pleasure working with Michael at Flooring Superstores. My husband and I had concerns installing over top existing tile at first but when the installation crew explained it would not be an issue we had full trust in the process. Mike (installer) showed my husband how the luxury vinyl would sit on top the existing tile and the end result was amazing!! Could not say anything better about the service and quality of craftsmanship at flooring superstores.

Thanks to Michael Ramicone we now have a beautiful finished bathroom! We have had many compliments on the tile, it's timeless, you will never need to do anything like paint it to keep it fresh and beautiful, wow your bathroom looks like one you find at the Hilton Hotels! The service that Michael provided when we were searching for what we wanted and the knowledge that he has is incredible.
