I would strongly suggest that anyone purchasing product have a very clear understanding of return/restocking/shipping charges before ordering.
I would suggest Crestview update their process and provide this information to customers at the time of a sale.
I ordered an extra box of laminate for $110 - after all the fees above, I was offered a refund of $20 if I wanted to return it.
Be aware that Crestview does not have shipping relationships like their suppliers. My cost to have them ship my returned product was 285% higher than the cost to have it shipped to them.

A few of the tiles we had selected earlier in the process became unavailable closer to possession due to supply issues, and Crestview really stepped up to figure it out and make sure we were happy. Tiffany was super professional in addressing our feedback, and her and Ken worked hard to make sure we ended up satisfied despite the hiccups.
We’ll definitely work with Crestview again based on how adeptly they handled a situation that wasn’t going right - sometimes, that’s the most important thing! Thank you, Crestview!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Saskatoon and was told by every flooring/tile store here in the city that I couldn’t get the particular tiles that I wanted and would have to custom order from Italy…I ended up calling around different stores in different cities and Lauren from Crestview Floors in Calgary was by far the fastest and best customer service I’ve had out of the MANY places I called to inquire. Not only did she manage to find what I was looking for through her supplier, she would always find what was the most affordable for us which showed it wasn’t just about selling for her, and even opened the store when their shop was closed so we could pick them up from Saskatoon. And all this wonderful service for just 4 big tiles that we wanted for our hearth. If they were in Saskatoon I would absolutely do all my renovations with these guys! Especially Lauren! Can’t thank her enough and plan to go to her again when we need to renovate our bathroom in the future.
