The staff is friendly, they adhere to Covid rules, the office is clean and my appointments were all on time, informative, and like chatting with a friend. Vlad is wonderful, he gave me all the information I needed to make necessary decisions about dentures, he talked me through all the options and is cheerful, relaxed, and dedicated to making the best denture for you. I definitely feel that choosing Vlad and future smiles was the right choice. Having now received my dentures, I thought I would just add a little to my review. I am amazed how different I already feel with them. When I first got them I felt somewhat uneasy as it was a big difference and I had to adjust. I spoke with Vlad and told him my concerns. He gave me pointers and explained that it would be a bit of a process but to trust him. I did trust him so I followed his suggestions, he made some adjustments to the denture for comfort and he was right. Now it's been a couple of months and I only regret waiting so long to get the denture process started. I can eat properly again but most importantly, for the first time in a long time I can talk, laugh, and smile without being self conscious. I cannot express how grateful I am to Vlad and Future Smiles. If you are on the fence about getting dentures just go in and see them, then you too can be on the way to smiling again.

Even the receptionist was amazing. They are professional and do their best to assist you . I went to another denturist before and my kept complaining about how they made her dentures. When I went to Vlad he was honest and he made the denture with no issues. I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need for a denture.
