★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was overpriced and disgusting. Everything tasted like it was at least a few days old and had sat in the fridge. The chicken was especially bad. It tasted old and dried out and just utterly terrible. I would definitely recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs. This was the worst food I have ever eaten in a food court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know everyone is getting pinched by COVID, prices going up of food etc.. but I'm just utterly disappointed with this Koryo at least. I used to be such a fan but now the chicken is stale the beef is such smaller portion and paper thin cut (I'd say 50% more than before) the ribs are the same thing SUPER thin. Sauce is bland, glass noodles were under cooked... AAAAAND the price for this meal? $23 and they were looking for a tip? I'm all for supporting business here at home but you've raised your prices already by a lot! But you go further by reducing the quality.amd value to your customers??? How does that make sense to anyone but you the owner. I'm not going back to Koryo anymore... see what happens...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely dissatisfied with the experience at koryo. I can understand the recent inflationary pressures causing menu price increases for everybody, however that's no real excuse for the poor customer service and extremely bland food.
The pictures show a decent proportion of rice, sides and protein but they clearly overload on the rice provided in the container so they can skimp on the sides. They clearly have a pattern of this gouging behaviour with reviews going back 3-4 years indicating as such.
Hoping management takes a better approach because there's only so many opportunities with getting new business or people who don't check reviews beforehand. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sucks! 16.10$ plus tax no drink they charged me I was expecting a good size portion of beef and chicken but that wasn't the case. Two huge scoops of rice veggies taste like straight out the can. No flavor just garbage. Don't waste your money at this location better off somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positive is that sauce was good, however the portion of meat was soooo small for the price.
The amount of meat for the bbq sandwich filled at best 1/3 of the bun, but more likely 1/4. Posted a pic of a sandwich cut in half and you can barely see any meat. I watched the cook cut the tiny bit of meat with scissors…not meaning it was unclean, but just so measured. With tip, paid about $15….so pretty disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally disappointed. I would not recommend this place. Totally different from other Koryo around town, it's a money grab. The chicken is so small and flavorless, a 3 tiny thin slices of beef, a bland macaroni and steamed broccoli for $17...I paid $37 in total for 2.

I went Koryo and wanted to try the jumbo combo for $20 but that was the biggest mistake. I will not recommend this place do not go there it's not worth any money. Waste of money. Customer service sucks. Cold food and oriental lady working she can't communicate and she is pretty rude because of language barrier. Good luck with looting people. CF please check food for quality of food thank you.
