★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These ladies are ah-mazing!! I came through 25 minutes before close, which anyone who knows formal wear is zero time to do anything! So I booked an appointment, as normal. But, I figured I would browse.... and of course, I found the PERFECT dress! I asked the ladies, what could I do to save it for my appointment, and they accommodated me for a quick try on... and it PERFECT! They were so kind, attentive, and helpful - all while balancing close and other clients. They went as far as to offer me additional colours, even with the limited time we had. Long story short... I found the most beautiful dress, on budget, and in the exact colour I needed.... in 25 freaking minutes. I will forever come to these ladies for my special events & galas, hands down - and I will recommend the same to every person I meet. Charr & the owner are the type of women I would love to call friends - honest, kind, and on-point with fashion. (I've been to 6 formal wear shops in the past 4 years - this one is my forever store.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought two of my younger daughters here to find recital/Christmas dresses. They had a beautiful selection of well made dresses in a variety of colours. They were so beautiful I had my husband bring my youngest after so we could find one for her as well. I was very fortunate that the ladies there were kind enough to squeeze my daughters into a change room between scheduled appointments. It's very important to schedule a time to try dresses on before going! There are a huge variety of dresses for all occasions and when we went today there were a number of girls getting fitted for graduation dresses so it was very busy. We definitely will be back in the future. The dresses we left with (one for each of my girls) are stunning and our experience at this very busy time was lovely. While located in a mall, Oksana's is a specialty dress store so there are protocols that go beyond walking in and browsing. Call to book a time for a change room before going if you are serious about buying a dress.

They also helped my mother in law find the perfect dress for my wedding as well and it was absolutely beautiful. They were very accommodating

The ladies here are younger than you’ll find at some other shops and they seemed to connect with her. The dress chosen was perfect and now all we need is the big day!

They helped me try the dress in different sizes and colour, and they would always go the distance to make me feel confident and comfortable in what I tried on. When I noticed that one of the dresses were damaged, they offered to give me a discount and they gave me the option to exchange it at a different location. I highly recommend going here because they offer excellent customer service!
