They genuinely seem to care about their costumers and do it all with a smile. Best Aldo I’ve been to by far, will continue to return solely based on their fantastic customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience at this store during boxing day! The aldo group is great as i always have great experiences at call it spring as well. Product levels were low for men, however selection is normally great. Manager, and assistant manager both assisted me and ordered a few shoes. 50% off you can't go wrong. Will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought me a backpack yesterday was (27/5/2017) today return is (28/5/2017) they didn't let me return the ( protector multi Procter) which it sold with backpack for $20.. Hey are you stupid or did this on purpose . When you said : can't prove I had been using . Haha shame on you poor management skills. Yah right bought this for a day just want to use your spray ?. Will never return to Aldo hope could give you 0 star .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is nothing I hate more than a store that does not understand their own return policy especially when it is stated ONLINE. I paid with afterpay and online clearly states that refunds will be processed on either a Aldo gift card or a DEBIT CARD. The manager would not process my refund because the afterpay payment number did not match my debit card. OBVIOUSLY THE AFTERPAY PAYMENT METHOD WILL NOT MATCH MY DEBIT CARD, that is why it states online that it goes back onto a debit card. Afterpay uses its own payment method number to process payments. SUCH A HASSLE! Instead of easily returning in store I had to return through mail. Will never shop here again ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping and wanted to buy pajama. Ofcourse I would like to open it, touch the cloth and check the actual size. Then this saleslady "DIPINDER" I am not sure what her name is spelled, she looks indian, thick glasses, long black hair.. refrain me from touching the item. Her actual words are "you are not suppose to open those". Like why? I am buying it. Instead of offering help, she was rude and other customers looked at me and looked at her. She embarassed people. She shouldn't be working there, she's not helping at all. I will not recommend buying in this shop because of people like this. They don't know how to accomodate. I bought the item because I liked it but will not go back in this Aldo shop if she's still working there. Kills the mood of anyone shopping.
