What is Buy Online, Pick Up In Store and how does it work?

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store is a convenient way for you to purchase items on our website and pick them up at an ECCO store near you.


Is In-Store Pick Up available at all ECCO stores?

Shop ca.ecco.com and add products to your shopping cart. At checkout, select Pick Up In Store to find a preferred store near you. As soon as your order is ready you will be notified and able to pick it up.

* Please note select store locations do not yet feature in-store pickup: Wellington Street Outlet, Cookstown Tanger Outlet and Square One. In-store pick up at these locations will be available soon. Watch for updates!


How much does In-Store Pick Up or delivery cost?

ECCO Pick Up In Store is always free.


When will my credit card be charged?

After you place your order, your card will be authorized for the total order amount. When your order is picked up, the transaction will be finalized and your credit card will be charged.


Can I use a Gift Card as a form of payment for my Buy Online, Pick Up In Store purchase?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method on our website. You are welcome to use our ECCO Gift Card in our physical stores.

What is the minimum order value for Pick Up In Store?

At ECCO, we do not require a minimum order value for In-store Pick Up.


Online vs. in-store prices and price matching.

At ECCO, our prices on ca.ecco.com are the same as they are in-store. This excludes any exclusive online or in-store promotions which we may offer from time to time. Also, we do not offer price matching with any external partners.


How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?

ECCO will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for Pick Up.


How long will I have to pick up my order in-store?

ECCO will hold your order up to 14 days from the time you are notified via email that your order is ready for pick up. If you do not pick your order up within the 14-day period, your order will be canceled automatically. You will receive an order cancellation email.


What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

To pick up your order, present your email notification that your order is ready for pick up and government-issued photo ID.


Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

During check out you can designate alternate pick person. This individual will need to present the email notification that the order is ready for pick up and a government-issued photo ID.


Can I change my pick up store or delivery address after I placed my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please be sure to double check your information before placing your order.


Can I cancel my pick up order?

The 2 girls who worked that day at this location: Oct the 2nd 2021, were chatting with each other and it was hard to get their attention in an empty store. I tried a couple of pairs and left. My friend purchased a pair of shoes and I left to go to the chinook location to get a faster service. At the chinook location I tried 12 pairs and purchased 2.

I used to shop here ALL the time, and I have seen the customer service decline rapidly in the last few years and today is the last day I'll ever go back. I went in, and there were 3 employees working and they did not even acknowledge that I was in the store and it became apparent later they had no clue I was there. I was looking for a size 15 shoe which is hard to find but I know they've had them before. I start picking up shoes looking at the boxes, waving the shoe around to get their attention "excuse me?" Nothing, so I slammed the shoe down the shelf and they didn't even look up from the counter. So I still go around seeing if they have this size and I see the gentleman walking over to me. As he gets closer I'm about to open my mouth and ask about the size he just says "EXCUSE ME" and walks past me to the backroom. I look in the clearance section and the gentlemen comes out of the backroom and leaves the store thru the backdoor, okay probably on break, it sucks helping customers before break but wow. There's two other employees who are still at the counter talking. I go look at accessories near the counter. Still Zero acknowledgement. I was probably in the store 15 minutes and the only word uttered to me was "excuse me" Reading other reviews here most people are having the same experience so I do highly recommend more training for this store before all your customers stop!

This is my 3rd time going to the CrossIron Ecco, and I just wanted to say, the service is exquisite. The salesperson recommends you to your favorite items and their really friendly! Neelam, a manager at Ecco, is very kind and helpful. Overall, my experience at Ecco is fantastic and I would recommend you to this company.

Very good quality shoes, comfortable for work. Theo only thing is that their collection is not very fashionable it’s mainly focused on comfort. The store is clean, well organized and well lit with a good overall ambiance. The clearance section is relatively small and could use more items added to it. Overall the men’s collection there is better than the women’s.

Very bad service! I noticed a shoe online was 15% off and there was an extra 20% sale items happening online. Since my size was available at this location, I asked if this sale was happening in store too. The woman on the phone said no but told me she could price match it. Then after getting my hopes up she backtracked and said that she would NOT do the extra 20%, and that I had to pick one or the other, even though online both discounts apply. With brick and mortar stores going under, you think they’d be more understanding. Now I am wasting resources buying something online that is already in the mall closest to me…

Staff at this location has been the ones who have always pleased me with there clientele expertise and attracted me on returning back to them. I have seen quite a transition in the team over years but the 2 ladies who still work there are phenomenal at what they do. I have never left without buying. Keep up the great work ladies.

Here are a useless pair…The guy was in his sock feet too busy trying on shoes to help me. I thought at first he was a customer. The girl was holding up the counter and didn’t even look up when I walked in. I wanted new sandals today, came from Red Deer for them. I guess I’ll take my business to Nordstrom like I normally do and get some service because I will never step foot in this store again.
