★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at Melanie Lyne today were absolutely exceptional! I had 2 hours to find an outfit for my Christmas party. Well she had me finished and extremely happy in under an hour. She did not stop until she helped me find the perfect outfit! The other associate helped me with accessories and a beautiful new sweater. I can't tell you how appreciative I was. It's not often that i receive this kind of service. It's exactly why I keep going back! Beautiful clothing and truly amazing staff! Thank you so much for making my experience so wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarah one of the staff at Melanie was exceptional last Tuesday, and this happened earlier in the month too but I wasn’t lucky to catch the associate name , I can’t tell you how appreciative I was. The staff are really incredible , and this happens every time I visit this branch, It is exactly why I keep going back.Beautiful clothing and truly amazing staff.thank you so much for such a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unpleasant experience with the staff in this location and their manager. I came to return a few items that i've ordered online and was hoping to get a refund but they've refused it as I bought it on Cyber Monday and the discount was more than 50%, they agreed to do me a favor and exchange it to other items that were in the store. Ended up returning 3 items, exchanging for 2 and topping up my payment. This is from their website policy: "Items reduced to 50% or more off the originally listed price can be exchanged in-store or online, or you may receive a refund on a gift card." The staff that day had a very bad customer service attitude and simply refused to listen to me. They were very rude and it is frustrating , I won't come back and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.
