★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Barbershop ever. Please do not go to this barbershop, one cut will ruin your life. I showed them a picture of a taper fade on the sides and a curly top and they gave me an undercut and a number 2 which was not even a fade. They ruined my hair. Im advising you never go to this shop again.

Super good with little ones, highly recommend if you are in that mall, one of the better barbers around and they are always busy which is always a good sign. Thanks Denim and smith!

Question is I request her can u fix this She said I will charge again even I did not said to recutt all hair again I think she need to cutt hair properly it does not mean if he was kid and u cut the hair like this .we will not come again. u cutt the hair of kid like this very bad

All the barbers are super friendly and have great personalities! I recommend to everyone looking for a great men's or kid hair cut, as well as a positive and enjoyable environment! Keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped in at cross iron to have my 3 year old sons hair cut. Jamal was amazing. He knew exactly what we wanted and the cut is the best my son has had yet! He was so great with my son and very friendly and personable. Highly recommend Jamal and we will definitely go back to him for all future cuts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I’m ever writing a review. My brother came in for a haircut and got this. The hairdresser denied that it was her fault and said she was only doing what she’s told.
I came in and asked for a refund, they gave it to me but once I started giving honest, calm feedback she got defensive and stood her ground that what she did was right and up to the customer.
You be the judge of this. This isn’t service. This isn’t how a business should operate. I actually came in the store and the 2 employees were lounging in the customer chairs and eating snacks as if it was their living room.
I hope this is a chance for improvement and development not only in skills but also in character & values & service.
Doing someone’s hair is life changing and this is the profession in making others feel beautiful.
I hope the owner or management team initiates a performance review and evaluate the current skills & customer service of their employees. I’m all about supporting businesses and I hope this changes
