Great selection and the 25% off the watches I bought was nice. The only disappointment I have was there wasn't anyone there to take the extra links out of the watches I bought and I will have to come back to get that done.

I called to follow up on my jewelry repair has it been there for quite some time, The lady answered the phone and immediately said we're busy and I don't have time to look anything up. I had not even spoke a word yet, when I finally spoke She barely let me speak and was cutting me off the entire time and I had to repeat the repair name numerous times just told me no and not listen to what I was saying. I get there busy but don't answer the phone and immediately try to push me off the line.

Customer service is terrible. Don't stand by there product. Manager has no idea how to show Customer support to staff. Not one person at crossiron store know how to communicate with each other Went to Ben Moss we got the best customer service and information very helpful. Will never shop at people's again.

Went to pick up an item my wife had ordered. I handed the CSR my receipt, DL, and paid invoice. The invoice did not have my first name on it and I was unable to pick up the item. They refused to call my wife for authorization. Waste of time and very unprofessional. I would go somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience on Saturday. The best customer service i have received in a long time. My future husband bought me a very nice Disney ring and we needed to get it resized. We went to market mall location and this girl was rude and not helpful. She said i would have to wait about a month for people’s to email me my protection plan details… I than leave market mall and seen it was in the email i was showing to the associate. So i than wait till the next weekend and come to cross iron. I wish i got her name but she was in the front and she looked at the email and found alll the information she needed from the same email i showed a different location…. In the middle of this my phone died and she even charged it for me for a few minutes while we got everything sorted out. Her customer service was amazing. She sized me , got my ring re shaped and did it all with a smile on her face. She was a blessing to deal with after market mall location almost made me lose hope in people’s. So thankfully. This employee made me restore my faith and I’m so thankful for this associate. She really goes above and beyond. Thank you

Love the jewellery selection at people's. Good quality for good price. Vera wang collection is stunning. Love my ring. I get compliments all the time. People's is my first go to for jewellery purchases.

The worst customer experience. I can no longer wear my engagement ring because they won’t send it off to be fixed without me paying for it. Who knew paying for a life time warranty meant you had to pay for the repairs, of no fault to my own. They also can’t replace my lost diamond ( which has fallen out for the second time ), with the same diamond, it would be a different one going in. My ring has broken three separate times. I’ll never recommend Peoples Jewellers.

Purchased a chain to hold my husband's wedding ring as he has terminal cancer ... the clasp broke, not even a year old .. brought it in for a repair .. 3 weeks later not repaired and the repair price quote doubled... now after some complaining .. it is going to be repaired and it is going to be quoted price .. and it's going to be another couple of weeks ... absolutely the most unorganized I have encountered. I asked to have a conversation with a manager and 3 days later no call.. interesting way to ensure non returning customer's
