★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just popped in and purchased some leggings at this location and the customer service is unbelievably bad since all of the sales reps are so unhelpful as well as unfriendly. I tried to ask one of the staff members for help to set up a fitting room and she turned and just walked away. It was only after standing around for a while at the entrance to the change rooms that I was even approached and that was because I was going to just walk inside by myself. Stand-off attitude and cold/bad vibes even while I was paying at the cash register too. :-/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst lululemon store, worst customer service, rude and condescending employees, did not help with anything in the store and instead of helping customers they whisper and gossip amongst each other. They do not greet you and if you don’t purchase anything they don’t say goodbye to you just because no purchase was made. This lululemon location is definitely a red flag and I don’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice to have a lulu at crossiron! Selection seems to be a little more limited but still decent. I have had to return a few things that were mine or my wife’s due to problems and the employees have been super nice and did not give me a hard time which I appreciate!
